i have some pork fillets at home which want to use to make for tea tonight. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have a few ...requirements tho

I love that show!!! I'd love to eat more healthily - I'm trying but I can't help but eat loads of chocolate and snacks. Sigh.
I can't watch it when there's the.... "stool" sample though. Gross. I'm so glad they put on a warning first.

Just to let you know, I add extra mushrooms and top it off with loads of mild cheddar....mmmmm...so good. I think I'll accompany it with a glass or two of Chianti as well :-)
