anyone else scared of the kool-aid guy... i had a nightmare where he busted through the wall screaming ohhhh yeah and then i was like you better clean this mess all up before my dad gets home from work! and then he had all this debris fall in his pitcher and then like all these kids run up and drink from him and hes just like OH YEAH!!! omg!

I was at the local Chinese foot take out other day. I ordered chop suey...basically steamed cabbage and shrimp. I saw them take a white food container fill it with chopped cabbage and put it in the microwave. It tasted great (my favorite chinese meal). Question

OK just bought a couple of frying steaks (got a mate coming round later and I'm going to try and impress him with my culinary prowess...) but I've never cooked steak before....any tips on time/ temperature etc etc?

We both like medium rare.
