i purchased one of those (ex-boxer) mini grills, and cooked just normal sausages on it and i was amazed how much fat came out... about a mug full, its frightening to think what you would be eating if you fried them... also i brought a rottisserie and everything you cook on there comes out gorgeous and tender.... well recommended

my problem is when i use baking powder the cake has a bitter after taste. i have used many different types of baking powder but still the cake tastes bitter. i use 1 teaspoon of baking powder with a cup of flour.am i using the right proportion of baking powder? am i using the right ammount of flour? what can i use instead of baking powder?

Ok...this soda is full of sugar. I remember drinking it as a kid, and I don't know if it is still around...It was in a green bottle or can...I want to say that the name starts with an "S", but I'm not positive. Thank you for the help...its really bugging me!

My aunt told me that a spoon put in the top of the bottle--with the handle stuck down inside--would keep it bubbly. And it does! But why? I am so totally mystified by this... but try it for yourself, it really works! I thought she was crazy.... Does anyone have an idea why this works?
