Yup, your bread should turn out just fine. Bread flour has more protein/gluten in it. It gives a sturdier texture to your bread. It is also better to use when you are making a whole grain loaf where the recipe asks for a mixture of whole grain plus white flour. THe bread flour helps the whole grain loaf rise a bit more. Think of it as being structurally stronger to support the germ and the husk from whole grains.

But if you don't have or can't get bread flour, don't worry. The bread you make be good.

I have never used special bread flour in my bread machine. The loaves never hang around long so must taste just fine.

Yes it will turn out ok.but bread flour just has a higher amount of protien in it to make the bread softer.Ive used both and ther is realy not much defference in the taste.

Yes it'll be more soft then special bread flour but its colour and appearence wont be like normal bread

best making bread with strong flour, it's got a higher gluten content
