This will look weird coming from a guy but here's one that is family tradition and easy to make (and remember as all parts are equal).

#########
Five Cup Salad

1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup mandarin oranges (strained)
1 cup pineapple (strained)
1 cup mini-marshmallows

Mix all together and refridgerate overnight to let the marshmallows get softened. Can be easily scaled up or down so long as all ratios are kept equal (no complex math required).
#########

I guess you could try whipped cream instead of sour cream but the recipe above is very good.
