Tequila ChickenChicken breast tenderloins are marinated in tequila and lime juice, then cooked in a skillet with ranch dressing, corn and Mexican cheeses. Each serving is topped with toasted tortilla chips, salsa, tomato and sour cream. Ingredients:
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 lime
• 1/2 cup Tequila
• 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless, chicken tenders
• 1 1/2 cups tortilla chips, crumbled
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2/3 cup salsa ranch dressing or Southwestern ran">Spiced Roast Chicken Breast
• Chicken & Grapes in Wine Sauce

beef steak, macaroni cheese, pizza, ice-cream, salad, curried sausages, curried beef, yogurt, mashed potato, boiled potato, roast pumpkin, trifle, bread and butter pudding, chocolate cake, spinach, steamed rice, peanut butter and banana sandwich, hotdog with mustard and tomato sauce/catsup/ketchup, well that's a start.
