I am not sure it's available for purchase (I mean, you could buy beef jerky and dehydrated foods at your local grocery store). Not many people want to eat dehydrated broccoli and snow peas, so they don't sell it on the open market.
You can buy a food dehydrator, though, and dehydrate your own food. Like I said, you can buy dehydrated foods and beef jerky, but other than that you're probably on your own. Here's a link to a place that sells a food dehydrator.

most outdoor equipment stores sell dehydrated foods for people who need to pack light to make extreme hikes (REI, Galyans, sun and ski sports....)

Almost all sports and outdoors stores sell it (Academy, Oshman's, etc). Army Surplus stores also carry it.
