I have looked at every dress store in a 80 mile radius for a dress for my maid of honor and nothing was right. It was all either too big or the wrong color and the amount of time (not to mention money) it would take to special order one would be too much and cutting it way to close to the day (I live in an area where they don't really get on the ball on too many things). So, does anyone know of a good online store where I can find a decent, moderately priced bridesmaids dress?

I'm looking into Water's Edge as a possible wedding reception site and was wondering if anyone had any opinions of the place or pictures from an event held there.

Besides the groom to be, do you know of men who go to bridal showers?

We are only inviting 32 people to our beach wedding. One side of our family has 13 people and the other side has 19. The smaller families with these numbers are of course not even in number to distribute them into rows. Would it be ok to just have an additional row on one side? Also will empty seats look tacky since it is so small? For example I have two families with five people, the rest are 4 or less can I just make rows of five to accommodate them and have the rest of the rows have an empty seat in them?

There are going to be 30 people at my beach wedding. I want people to be standing in a circle around us but I want it to be an organized circle. I have thought about using petals or flowers as markers for the outline of the circle but I am not sure how to figure out how big of a circle to mark out. I do not wan to walk out and have my circle look like a football huddle.

My wife threw her diamond ring at me 10 yrs age and it went out the car window and we never found it. Now she threw her wedding band down the hall at me and lost that. Should I buy her another ? And should it be the same type. Petty arguments, usually my fault.

They must have their own set up. The wedding will be August 31st, 2007 in Duncanville, Texas which is a suburb of Dallas. We are looking for someone who is available from around 6:45 pm to 10:00 pm at a reasonable rate. We would prefer rock-n-roll and country music.

My sister is getting married this Spring in an outdoor, garden wedding. Being a very traditional family, we wanted the guests to throw rice as the newly wedded couple exit the garden. We were told that we could not throw rice but had to use rose petals or bird seed.

What in the world is wrong with throwing rice? It has been done for hundreds of years.

I'm getting married this year in September. My fiance and I would like to go on a honeymoon but don't want to spend a lot of money because we are saving for a down payment to purchase our first home and would rather put money towards that. Does anyone have any honeymoon suggestions or know where I can get 'all inclusive' wedding packages for a good price? Thanks to everyone that helps me out with this!

But now I really love her a lot n she refuses 2 marry me becoz her strict family. from the day I loved her, I made a lot of changes in her. she has improvised herself. But she also has an attachment 2 me now. In start she played a game 2 make me involve in her with my friend n they had an affair. Inspite of knowing this I love her a lot.

I am getting married in Miami. For part of the wedding, I want to have something sort of like DJ service, but I want complete control over the songs. In fact, I want to have everything chosen in advance from my (and my fiance's) mp3 collection. So....should I:

1) Hire a DJ to play songs only from my list and my mp3s - and not worry about what he has or doesn't on his list (can this be done)?

2) Find a speaker set and just press play?

I guess I'm looking for someone who can manage the music but not choose it. I don't want to be limited by a DJ's list.

Is this normal in this age of mp3s? Anyone have any specific suggestions - especially for people in the Miami area?

Thanks!
