I think everybody should have a romantic partner, because I think it's selfish to be unattached . I think I should have a girlfriend, but the women in my town won't cooperate . How can I handle being unattached when it goes against everything I believe in ? Jimmy the Jerk and Andy the Abuser refuse to be unattached, and I shouldn't be any different, so I refuse to be unattached . How can I get into a relationship when the women in my town won't cooperate ?

He always seems to notice every small detail and points it out. If I get a zit it's like "What's that on your face?", if my roots are comming in even the slightest bit he tells me, if he thinks my boobs are smaller he tells me, once when we were sitting in the car he thought my stomach was sticking out but it was just a roll in my shirt, if he thinks I have too much make up on or if I'm wearing less he tells me too. You get the picture. Now I mean I get insecure, but I've dated alot of guys and I get hit on often, I model part time, and my friends all say I'm pretty, even strangers do! But it makes me feel so self concious around him. I know he loves me and he does say I'm beautiful ect., but why is he always doing this?

Background: I am 27 and my bf who is 36 are currently in a temporary longdistance relationship since he moved to Cali 2 months ago. I *was* planning to move in early Jan. 2 weeks ago he dumped me by ignorning me. Won't call me, answer my calls, texts or emails all because I emailed him that he needs to put more effort towards our relationship. Havent heard from him since, I am PISSED.

Him:

- Smokes weed several times daily, says he will "stop for the right person"
- Goes to a bar EVERY DAY after work to drink beer alone
- Talked about marriage on our second date and says all he wants in life is to be married and have kids, yet he has not proposed
- Is a skater, goes to skateparks and is not good at skating, watches skating videos and reads skating mags 24/7
- Doodles on paper a lot
- Is always pissed at the world for something or the other
- Says he has had bad luck with all previous relationships
- Road rage and curses at people driving
- Great in bed
- Few friends

we broke up not too long ago. things were great as always, we spent every minute together, she practically lived here and was going to move in 3 days before she broke up. and then out of nowhere an email saying its over, no reason nothing, then a couple days later she came by to grab all her stuff, and said it was lack of communication and she lost every feeling for me and will never be able to get them back. and belive me this is not like her she is the most emotional person i ever met. could she be on drugs?

Ok so I met this guy about 2 1/2 months ago and we have been dating. Well last night he was at my house and he grabbed my phone, opened it and went into my txt messages. He started to read them and then started to ask who was that!!
Why did they write that. Keep in mind that we are ONLY dating (like in NOT boyfriend/ girlfriend). WTF is he doing looking at my phone. I think that its obvious that he has some trust issues. He is a nice guy but I am not sure if it is even worth continueing if he is going to be this way. My question is do I get rid of this guy or should I give him a chance

ok so last night he wakes up in the middle of the night and wants to leave me, then 30 min. later he's sorry and wants to be with me telling me he'll never leave me. we have been arguing everyday now for a week and 1/2 and i believe i'm wrong most of the time. however i'm willing to change. now i called today to give him some news on things that we are planning and he answers the phone all with a platonic voice and i know somethings up, so i said u busy? and he says yeah? i said would u like to call me back when you're done? and he says yeah? and hangs up, i think he said bye. anyways he calls me back and i said hey, what u doing? and he's like nothing, what u call me for? (very rude) then i tell him what it was and he sounded ok then he says ok and acting all weird with a very rude voice. then i said is everything ok? and he was like yeah i gotta go and hangs up without even saying bye. now i been with him for 4 1/2 years and things are getting worse? what does this mean?

I had been dating my bf for almost 7 months. Everything was going really great and we both really loved each other. He had to move away for school in september only for 4 months. in october is grandpa passed away, and he said that that made him more religious. he knows im not and never have been, and said he doesn't see himself having a future with me now. It seems so weird because the person i knew never would have said something like that to me. we were together 13 years, he had affair left year ago, and lives with her. I have cried every day since. I miss him so. despite the pain he caused me. We have kept in contact he knows where I live. It upset me so much that I told him I have moved (I havent) but we still text and phone sometimes. I split up with her about 3 months ago now, im 100% over her (i split up with her not the other way around) and i believe shes over me too (which is good) . I came home for summer vacation. Just a few weeks before the semester was over, i started dating this guy i thought was really nice. but he lives in NY. i live in OH He said he would make the effort with me to make it work while i was gone since would not be able to call him as often as i would like due to my situation at home.

I held my end of the relationship
and he cheated on me for something i could not control and then was angry and lashed out at me because i did not want to tell him my plans to transfer to another college after the fact.

Im a vegetarian
I havent had fast food in years
I don't drink sodas
I don't drink coffee
I don't drink alcohol
I don't smoke
I don't eat processed foods
I excersise

but....

Im kind of ugly and balding.

Other guys drink alcohol, smoke eat at McDonalds when ever they feel like it but where born handsome so they get all the girl looking at them and have dates for the weekends.

I am alone and don't know what else to do to improve my looks. I guess I will be lonely forever?

I had a big crush on her, she asked me for career advice (we're both in business school) and I noticed she was flirting with me. She mentioned her BF (in a diff city) in passing, but continued speaking in this innocent yet mischievous way. Later she got me a postcard from spring brk, but when I asked her to dinner, she ignored me for 2 weeks, only to ask me out a week later. I refused her this time (thinking she's playing). She got visibly jealous that week that I was dancing with another girl at a party, we didn't talk for 4-5 wks. Then, I gave in/said hi, asked her to dinner. At a party that week, she asked me to dance and we rubbed up on the dance flr, she said "I'd like to get to know you" but at dinner she again talked about her BF. I decided to forget about her, she called 2 months later asking to meet. We met, but she was a little aloof, we made plans to meet the next day but she blew me off.
