I'm a black woman, and from personal experience, it's always the booty men notice first, and doesn't matter if the guy is white or black, maybe because I live in a mostly white neighborhood, but allot more white men have made comments about my booty than black men.

Then 2nd I'de say face.

And 3rd boobs.

No one can really answer this, because different guys like different things. Some guys like legs, so they look at legs first, some guys like breasts, etc.

Almost everyone looks at the face first. Even little babies do it, according to physiologists. It appears to be hard wired in us humans to always look at a person's face first.
