I did hear this from somewhere that I don't remember. It basically says that (may be someone’s observation) girls that go out with foreign guys are mostly have low self esteem. My question is leaving some exceptions out (very handsome etc.) what do you think about the statement above(sincerely)

I tried to analyze the situation and for a foreign guy overcoming the language hurdle (even though being able to fluently expressing ideas, facts and having no problem understanding written and conversational english) is hard. There are many things that you cannot find in grammar books, those background info might be from a popular cartoon, TV star etc. which makes the foreign person not to understand the situation, joke, etc. (Watching That's Seventy's Show, I sometimes do laugh at Fez(thinking that I am one of the other guys in the group) but when I come down to earth I realize that I am the Fez and that makes me feel not too good.) Basically not being able to communicate as good as other guys the foreign guy may not be too competitive.
But also opposite poles might be attracting each other or something different might be more attractive so I believe the claim may not be so realistic. I wanted to hear your opinion on that.

I met this guy on the 4th of July when I was seeing fireworks at a neiborhood park with my brother. He came over and started talking to me and asking me my name and everything. So we kept talking and talking, then I asked him did he have a girlfriend and he said yes! UGH!!! I could tell that I liked him from the get-go but he has a girlfriend and I don't want him to! He was talking about her and describing how she had blue eyes, blond hair and was really cool and he kept going on and on about his girlfriend. He even showed me a pic of her that he had in his wallet...she was gorgeous. I was really impressed and started to feel a little jealousy coming on. He asked if I had a boyfriend and I lied and said yes because I didn't wanna feel like a nerd!!! How could I get to know him better and possibly become his NEW girlfriend? and...how could I stop being jealous of his girlfriend?

Have you ever had a bf or gf use a song to tell you their feelings instead of just talking to you and telling you what they want or feel? My ex bf did that all the time. In fact he still does even though I got rid of him 7 months ago. His last song he just HAD to have me listen to was Hinders Better than Me. On the last day of school this girl i liked said she liked me so we started going out. We talked online and met at the bowling ally and stuff on Friday nights. I live in Los Angeles and last weekend we went to the pier in Santa Monica and I thought it would be kinda romantic if we rode the ferris wheel at sunset. i was in an up and down relationship, and during one of the down-times a cute boy approached me in the street and introduced himself! this was, i think, almost a month and a half ago, and since then my boyfriend and i have broken up. he dumped me for good three weeks ago. now i'm curious about the guy from the street, because it's so rare that something like that happens- it seemed like a connection. on the other hand, i've been waiting so i can have some "me time" and make sure i don't jump into a rebound thing. (i'm the kind who is ALWAYS in a relationship and i want to learn some independence). so my question is, is it too late to call this guy, tell him i'm sorry it took so long but that i still want to meet up? and if it's not already too late, how long do you think i could wait before calling him? i still don't know if i'm over my ex and would rather give it a little more time yet....

He went to bed last nite at 1230AM, then woke back up today at 10:00AM. He stayed up until Noon and decided he needed to take another nap and slept from noon til 6:15 PM. I dont get what all this sleeping is about. He lives across town, but does all his sleeping at my house in my bed. I like him, but I have a life and cannot sleep like that.
What should I tell him or do you think maybe he is sick? What should I say to him? Should I just ignore it?
He has been doing this for about the last 6 months and to he honest, I am beginning to wonder if he is dying or something is terribly wrong. He keeps wanting me to lay down with him and I dont want to go to bed in the middle of the day. We both work full time. I am on vacation and the last 3 days of my vacation was spent with him sleeping in my bed.

I have a loving boyfriend who will do anything and everything for me. People say that we are even soulmates. Don't get me wrong I love him with all of my heart. I am with this guy that I had a previos relationship with...we ended it seven months ago. We've been intimate a few times since then but lately he has been asking me over pretty much every night and when I get ready to leave he gets sad and asks me to stay. Well last night I tried to discuss things with him a little and see what he was thinking about us and he just looked me in the eyes and said I wish things could be different and I asked how and he said "it doesn't matter because they can't be" to give a little insight we are divorced and I feel like we had just gotten married too soon, we are both in our early twenties and I think we both still have a lot of growing up to do. But I feel like now he is acting like he wants me back in the girlfriend capacity but he won't let himself. Am I wrong?

You ask a question cause you are upset and they diss you. I mean sometimes you just need someone to bs a little and say everything is ok or things will turn out fine.
