Well, honestly you'll probably break up anyway when she goes to college. But she is just trying to get you to see that you can do more in life. But you should want to do well in school for yourself. Ultimately it doesn't matter if she threatens you, because you need to want to do well in school and care about your future.

my bf has never been a good student in highschool, last year he started going to an alternative school and he's getting his credits caught up now. and im really proud of him. the reason your girl is doin it is prolly cuz she doesnt want you failing out. if you dont get all your credits by senior year that could really mess you up. she cares about you. thats why

That's a bit harsh of her. Look school is not for everybody, so if school isn't your thing, then you need to be responsible enough to go out and get a job. She will respect you alot more if you are at least trying to better yourself and your life :)

Well maybe she is just trying to get u on track. Sometimes people like to surround themselves with people that are actually taking care of buisness the way its supposed to be done. Her problem with you may be that she likes you but she doesn't want to be with someone who isn't trying to do good for themself.

It's not ok unless you like to be controlled , doing better in school is something you do for yourself not for her or anybody else.

It doesn't sound like anything else is getting you to stop being lazy and get your grades up. Maybe you'll finally do it now. I wouldn't want to date someone with crap grades either.

Yes, because she is trying to help you. It shows that she cares enough to stick with you and encourage you anyway she can. At least she didn't dump you, and call you a moron or anything.

Yes, she's right. This is an indication of what kind of life she can look forward to with you.
Every girl wants to be proud of her guy. What is there about you to be proud of?

Yeah, that's cool. She wants the best for you that's why she wants you to be good at studies. Why would she ask you for that if she didn't care about you?
