He went to bed last nite at 1230AM, then woke back up today at 10:00AM. He stayed up until Noon and decided he needed to take another nap and slept from noon til 6:15 PM. I dont get what all this sleeping is about. He lives across town, but does all his sleeping at my house in my bed. I like him, but I have a life and cannot sleep like that.
What should I tell him or do you think maybe he is sick? What should I say to him? Should I just ignore it?
He has been doing this for about the last 6 months and to he honest, I am beginning to wonder if he is dying or something is terribly wrong. He keeps wanting me to lay down with him and I dont want to go to bed in the middle of the day. We both work full time. I am on vacation and the last 3 days of my vacation was spent with him sleeping in my bed.

He has diabetes, and takes a lot of insulin. High blood pressure and hypercholesterolemia.

Possibly a health problem? Or maybe he just really likes to sleep? Either way, if its not your lifestyle (Can't tell if he's your husband or just a boyfriend) then simply don't be a part of it. That means telling him how you feel and sitting him down and discussing it. If thats who he IS, then its time to make a decision on whether or not thats a quality you want to surround yourself with. Not that sleeping is all together an awful thing, but hey-theres a world out there to LIVE in, and not just close your eyes to let it slip away.

Maybe he is just tired who knows. Tell him that if he wants to sleep all the time then he should go home and sleep. He might be sick. Maybe ask a doctor.

Is he diabetic? Diabetes makes people sleep a lot if they don't control it like they should. Or he could be diabetic and not know it yet.

It sounds like he is depressed. If there are things you want to do, ask him to sleep at home because you want to clean, etc.
