You ask a question cause you are upset and they diss you. I mean sometimes you just need someone to bs a little and say everything is ok or things will turn out fine. People on this site are rude and cruel. I mean they could at least be nicer when they answer the question instead of pointing the finger and saying your an awful person.

I have found that in the short time I have been on here that some people really genuinely are respectful and try to do what is asked of them.

Some people I think (including myself) get somewhat upset because the questions are not clearly clarified enough to really justify a helpful answer.

I have noticed there are patterns one has and tends to repeat in asking questions, and some that should have no business on here anyway, with that being said... just make sure you give enough details for consideration, don't ask a stupid question that is warranted a stupid answer.

Most people don't use the spell checker in which it would help tremendously to be able to read the question before answering it. Some people just want to waste time and collect 2 meaningless points.

Ask what is on your mind, ask it from your heart, and make it concise. Do not acknowledge the ignorance's of others. And don' t take it personally, it is just a chat room. Hope this helps some. I care!

Once you put out a question on the Internet you are open to a world of criticism. There are millions and millions of people sitting behind the monitors just looking to aggravate someone in pain.

Sift through the "idiots" and look for the answers from people showing you support. BUT remember, people will support you and also tell you when you are wrong at the same time. Always be open for that too!

Just some friendly advice...the people on this site are real people, people you would see in the mall, or on the roads, or at church, or in a park.

You need to know how to write so as not to upset them.

You write fine, but others don't, and they get cut up for it.

Just think about your question before you send it, and usually nobody will attack you and put you down.

Even doing this much, sometimes I get "dissed", especailly when I bring up a hot political issue.

People still hold their political choices as the most important thing in their lives.

That is true, but you also know from answering questions on here that there are alot of stupid idiots with very loW IQ'S.... some people type sooo much, that they dont really take a spare moment to actually respect the asker, and just slop some waaaaay overly misspelled words to try to get points, you know? Whats funny is that alot of stupid n' cruel answers.....come from TOP CONTRIBUTERS!
Thats pathetic to me-

Anyway, cheer up chicky-poo, If I answer a question, then Ive decided to take a moment to feel where the asker is coming from, and I hear ya on this...but you kinda gotta separate the idiot IQ advice from the ppl who show concern when answering, and just ignore the rest or give thumbs down any time you see their avatar! Your not awful.....

Thats all you need to remember.

I realized that very early on, too... and stopped asking questions altogether. A question can be understood in a positive or negative way... those who misunderstand a question are either naturally rude or are having a bad day... either way- I don't want to deal with it, so I rather answer questions. Most of my questions were already asked by more than one person anyway. I type the question in the question search feature and get my answers that way.
Peace out.

I think people need to take their frustrations out somewhere and online is the easiest place to do it. You don't have to worry about any serious consequences online if you just BS someone. You may get the iggy button put on you but that button doesn't mean much to the outside world.

Also, some people are natural jackasses and so it wouldn't matter if they said BS online or in real life.

We only see what we read. Sometimes we say what you don't want to hear. Sometimes you need to know that. But other times, when people are aren't trying to be helpful, they are just being rude and cruel, that is when you know they are just uneducated idiots, that don't have any original thoughts of their own. Just ignore them, or better yet, report them.

They are bored and feeling mean or irritated, since they don't know you they take their frustrations out on you. Its a way for them to amuse themselves. I think there is a difference between being mean and expressing your point of view though. Many people have thought I was mean cause they didn't like my answer. Especially when it concerns gays. I figure if you don't want to hear my thoughts don't ask. I'm not gonna change my views to please anyone. If someone writes gays only I don't respond. If someone asks why do straight people bash gays I respond cause I'm straight. : )

Also speaking in generalities, you will receive the gamut of responses when literally having a question open to the world. You can't get too down with what you feel are negative responses or expect all positive ones.
