one day i met a great guy with the kindest and most beautiful eyes and heart, he did things for me no one else would i didn't realized it... after 6 months i realized that i wasn't being as nice as i was supposed to be but i did always love him tremendously,
i have tried to be the perfect girl (physically and emotionally) since then and we've been together for a year now yet i feel like the love in him is dying, just because he's sad and i can't figure out why... i want to help him but he tells me he's happy and in love even though his actions say otherwise , he's trying too hard to keep me happy that he doesn't realize my happiness will only come when HE's happy(even though i've told him), we are starting to drift apart and neither one of us know why, i need help we both do, we both are fighters help... please.. my heart is breaking and i'm tired of tears...i'm really depressed :(

I met this girl(24 yr old) and I'm 26, we met for a coffee and then chatted the next day on internet....she said she feels comfortable with me, but wants to take things slow because she has been in abusive relationships..so she asks if I would like to come over as a friend and stay the night, even sleep in same bed as her....I ask if she wants me to sleep in shorts since we are friends..she says no, whatever i normally sleep in is fine.....then she says she usually sleeps naked, but will wear PJs that will be uncomfortable to sleep in...do you think she is looking to do more then just sleep?

Hi, I have been dating my current girlfreind off and on for about a year and right now this is our 6th month straight and im starting to get bored.
i care about her and i don't want to hurt her i don't know what to do. I don't get to see her as often as i like and i've tried to get her parents to loosen up (im 18 shes 17) so we could see each other more but that looks like a no go. I know it would hurt her if we broke up but i really care, I feel like im stuck between being in a relationship that i would have no fun in and losing someone I care about

Well, me and my bf went out 4 bout a week. Then he came up 2 me 1 day and said dat we should get bak 2gether wen we noe eachother better (we started going out bout 2 weeks after meeting). So i didnt freak out and he thought dat waz really cool. I still walked him home after skool and we hung out on his porch often. Now he says not 2 walk him home anymore and idk y! I hear lots of women say that some guys seem "intimidated" by them. It's more "apprehension" than "intimidation". Do you get that? Lots of guys want to approach nice looking women but sometimes don't because they get the feeling that you're automatically misreading their intentions.

I am a nice person and smart. I treat others with respect. I listen to other people when they have problems. Most boys just flirt with me, and let me know through the signals they send that I am cute, pretty girl. But, why don't they treat me with genuine respect or treat me the way they SHOULD? I split up from my ex-girlfriend because I found out she was also dating another guy. This after a 5 year relationship and me wanting to marry her. OK, so it's a couple of weeks later and I meet her and she wants to be with me again but as a lover not as her boyfriend. She wants to keep seeing the new boyfriend and have me on the side. OK, now you've thought about it add the factor that I'm 20 years older than her and the new boyfriend is only 10 years older. Hmm...interesting - maybe?

Then add the fact that I've had a vasectomy and she wants to have kids. It'd have to be IVF with me of course but Mr New is in tact.

He rarely puts much into it and we only do it like once a week. We have been together for 3 1/2 years now, and in the beginning we had sex as much as we could. I am a single mom. I have a 10 year old daughter who is a great kid and I am pregnant with my second child. My daughter has grown up with a father that is only there for her when it is convienent for him, and unfortunately the father of the child I am carrying went from being Mr. Wonderful to a piece of crap too. So now I will be a single mom of two kids without fathers. I was told just yesterday that because of the situation that I have been put into that I won't be able to meet a great guy because I am now "damaged goods with a lot of baggage." I have asked some of my guy friends if they were to meet someone like me if they would think the same thing but of course they aren't going to say anything to push me down even further. So now I am going to ask complete strangers because I want honest opinions. I'm a great person who has just been dealt a couple of bad hands. I don't feel that just because i have kids that I am not worthy of finding that right person.

alright so i had this girlfriend... everyone told me she could do so much better than me but i didn't think she could.
we broke up a bit ago and i'm starting to see what people were saying.

i guess i didn't realize how good she was til she was gone.
the problem is i dumped her and i've started dating a new girl. and she's so got this thing for a guy who, i'm not ashamed to admit, is better than me.
he has a great job, new car, very caring, anytime she's needed him whether we were together or not he'd come help her.

i guess i'm feeling that i lost a good thing... how can i make sure i made the right choice by dumping her?
