Well, it depends where the scar is. For the most part, they are more concerned about the sex than the "flaws"

Prominent scars and marks on a woman's body are bound to get noticed when exposed. Some men do care and want to know what caused those scars or who inflicted them. Such men will also have sex delicately when they know that the scars were due to injury or physical assault. Some women relish sado masochistic pleasure and bear scars on their body due to flagellation, whipping etc. They would prefer more of such painful assaults in order to enjoy. And there are some men who care for their own pleasure only and not for scars on their female partners.

There is the saying "Scars give you character."
Scars are on the bottom of the list.
Here is the list of women-body parts that men care about.
1. overall figure (curvy is good)
2. boobs
3. rear or butt
4. legs
5. lips
6. nice skin
7. excessive hair or hair in the wrong places
8. inny belly button
9. cute face (its what a guys mom looks at)

It's completely relative.
What is the relationship between them?
Do they love each other?
How does shoo look besides of the scars and marks?
What was the cause of the marks, accident, surgery?
A man who feels attracted by the woman, that loves her and wants her doesn't put any attention on the scars and marks.

Well wouldn't that depend on the position (pun intended) or location? Would you care if your guy took off his shirt to tons of scars and marks? Sure, but whether or not that person is worth looking that fact over is a question they have to measure and then make themselves.

Most men don't care about a woman having scars, regardless of whether or not they're having sex. My fiance and I have compared "battle scars" so many times... It's more a point of conversation than a turn off or turn on.

While doing sex all that a selfish man cares at that moment is satisfying his lust. At that moment even if a ugly looking witch is under him he will cover her face and satisfy himself.
Scars,marks, appearence etc are all considered and taken into account before an invitation for sex. Only when it was acceptable are you invited.
So, while doing sex a man is not at all bothered of scars, marks. All that he is bothered of is having sexual satisfaction at that moment.

If they're already at the point of intercourse, I think whether she's got scars or marks is irrelevant. It's not like a guy is blindfolded til the sex begins and then OMG he sees her naked body for the first time....

There is no universal law about it. In normal case, No. The body and looks do matter in the short term. Eventually it is the mind and overall attitude that matter the most. Just have healthy food and do the right things in life, everything will be alright.
