This is probably going to sound rude, its not meant to though. But are you easy? I have several guy friends who say they don't treat the easier girls with respect because they don't think she deserves or there is no point to waste it on her. However, if you aren't, which I am not saying youare, they are probably just assholes. Try branching outside of your 'type' and try seeing another type of guy for awhile and see how things go with that. Sorry if that all sounded mean.

because you are too full of yourself.
you need to take yourself down a couple notches, or have someone else do it for you.
Sorry this is not the answer you were looking for, was it? but its the truth. Why am i assuming this? Heres my reasoning
1. your name is beautiful girl. honestly.
2. You EXPECT guys to treat you like "god" or "a princess" this means you assume yourself to be god and a princess
3. you say that you are a cute, pretty girl, and lots of guys flirt with you.
4. You call yourself nice and smart
this is called "conceited". You may be really pretty, or you may not be. No matter how you look though, nobody likes someone thats conceited or cocky.
Try being self confident, and not insecure. Try being a little more mature. And dont expect every guy to treat you like "god" or "a princess" because to be honest with you, your not god, and your not a princess.
To answer your question, some people are not respectful, and thats how life is. I'm not sure how you want them to treat you though - whats wrong with flirting and talking with you? do you want them to bring you flowers, or prey to you? That doesnt happen in the real world, thats only in the bible and in story books.

There's a difference between being treated with respect, and being treated like a princess or goddess. You're entitled to the first, but the second is a bonus/gift/perk and can be something of a mixed blessing.
Just because you're a good person doesn't mean all eligible guys are required to like you, date you, or spoil you.
Also, remember that guys have a very different style of communicating than women do. Women tend to show their feelings through talk and listening; men tend to show it through action and shared activities. So pay attention to what they DO, not just what they say.

Do you really want to be treated like a princess??? Respect is different, it is an understanding of you and your needs. Being treated as an equal partner in a relationship is far more important. Men learn to respect with age. Just hang in there, your day will come.

That is a very conceited question. You should not expect to be treated like God or like a princess just because you are nice, smart, cute, and pretty. You should expect to be treated like a person and that's about it.

well. Because you're probably not. Ladies don't treat me like a sex symbol because, I'm a nerd prankster obnoxious loudmouth.
Why do you want them to treat you like a princess so bad? Thats not genuine respect. You treat your grandfather with genuine respect. You treat a princess with awe and adoration. I think you're getting your signals crossed.

Um...you shouldn't be treated like a God or a princess. No woman should. Women should be treated as equals, not as something to be admired and put on a pedestal. That just sets us back about 50 years. It objectifies us. Just work for being an equal in a relationship, not a trinket.

Maybe they are intimidated by your beauty. Maybe they assume you are "taken" because why wouldn't a beautiful girl be taken? Then again, flirting is a natural 1st response. Respect comes when people learn of your character. Although I believe you should start with respect and then let the person keep it or lose it. But thats just me.

You sound a bit conceited and that is not a godlike quality. Even if you were to cultivate humility it would not get you to the level that God is EVER! Continue to respect others and be nice if thats what you are really doing. Be patient you do not need a boy in your life. Be confident in yourself but not OVERLY confident and you will be alright.

When I read your problem, I was really suprised. You said in the question that you are a nice person, but you don't think that you have any genuine respect from other people. You are honestly too self-centerd there. I think that you should try not to think that you are nice, but try to continue to help people to solve their problems, which is a really nice thing to do. belive me, cos i'm a boy.
