THIS IS A TOTALLY HYPOTHETICAL SITUATION.
My last kiss I gave successfully over a year ago. I got denied a couple months ago; when I tried and another time since then I *missed*, but no charges or anything.
THIS QUESTION IS JUST BECAUSE I WONDER:

Say you go out on a date with a girl and at the end you try to kiss her. You think she likes you; you DO kiss her. And she pulls away pissed and calls the cops for assault. She says she's just a warm person and is like that with everyone -- she certainly didn't want you to KISS her.
They come up, ask if you kissed her, you say yes but she obviously didn't want to keep kissing so it's over now.

But you just admitted to touching her without her permission.
So what kind of penalty can stealing a kiss get you?

I understand it's rape if you use your tongue. So you get 20-30 in prison then register as a sex offender for the rest of your life?

I know most women wouldn't press charges on most men for this, I'm just wondering what they COULD do

We were having sex the other day and I said that if I got pregnant he would have to marry me (he knew this and is fine with it) and he said that he wanted to marry me. I didn't say anything right away but then I said What do you mean you want to marry me. He then said that he wanted to be with me and said a whole bunch of different things about me that he likes. He is going to Japan in the fall which we have talked about many times before and I am planning on going to India. He asked me if I would wait for him until he came back from Japan. I told him I would and he knows I would. He said that the marriage thing was just something to think about for the future. I didn' t really say anthing and then he asked me if I thought he'd be a good husband and father. I do think he would be a great husband and father. We had a similar conversation once before while we were messing around. What do you think this all means?

The love of money is the root of all evil from what Christ says. So I figure it's probably best to take the blessings of God (Children) first.

College just seems like another reason for one to join into the U.S. Capitalist mindset. Mary, the mother of Christ is was said to be 15. Laura Wilder married fairly young too.

It seems now with divorce well over 50 percent and "shack ups" have multiplied 600% over the past 20 years that it would be smart to marry young and grow together rather than grow yourself and then marry.

What do you think?

In my opinion, it's a matter of 3-5 years. That gives you enough time to get to know someone and the chances of divorce will be significantly lower.

I've been w/my bf for 5 years &he flew to see me in the most romantic city on earth while i studied abroad to ask me the big question 1 month ago. i said I would but when we are financally ready &with the condition that he finish college because I am about to finish & he is still way behind me, he's not even sure what he wants to study any more-he's almost a year older than me. He is the sweetest guy and I know he truly loves me but im just worried about how our life will be in the future, I am worried that I will be the one with the career paying the bills... I am always the one that has to be helping him with things such as homework for example, & I am afraid that it would be that way in married life. I haven't worn the ring he gave me b/c he hasn't talked to my parents even though he said he would. (in fact he still has it since he had to make it smaller and it's fixed now) i dont want to end up divorced if i marry him. Has anyone gone through this? if so what advice can u offer?

Ok now that I have your attention and no one seems to be helping me, around three weeks ago I called someone and told him I have a crush on him and if he could reject me that would be great. We ended up talking about everything (I'm pretty he's hollow etc)BUT him rejecting me and when he had to go I asked him again to reject me and he just laughed it off. I tested him twice and called him twice after and no response. It was finals so he might have been busy, but I listened to everyone that he wasn't into me. I emailed him a rejection letter saying that I did care forhim but I understand what his avoidance means. I haven't heard back. Why is this happening? Why didn't he reject me on the phone? Why did he call me beautiful etc and why didn't he EVER get back to me?

IF it helps idk if it will but he is an ARIES and I am a Libra.

I've have known since 5th grade (26 now), dated on off through High School, both moved out of state afterwards, lost touch for about 5 yrs, ran into each other while visiting, she moved 1800 miles back, got engaged (about 2 1/2 yrs), bought a home, she left me 7 months ago, completly crushed me, haven't talked to her for 7 months but everytime she needs something or is sad I am willing to drop everything for her and help her.

She is going through a hard time and I'm taking her on a vacation to get her mind of things. I know we love each other but we are not together. I moved on with other girls (most who treat me better) anyways...some girls can be called a muse (bringing out the best in you), a soul mate or somethin, what is she considered....

I call her satan cause even though I don't want her I can't resist her.

I think I have large aereolas. I'm trying to think of a way to describe their size. Maybe about the size of the bottom of a regular pint sized water bottle. Maybe about 1 and 1/3 the size of a 50 cent piece. Maybe about 2 inches in diameter. But the nipple itself is a normal size. And my aereolas are light pink so they don't stand out as much as they could, I guess. What do you guys think? By the way, I'm a size C, so that gives you an idea of my aereolas in comparison to breast size.

We don't work for the same co. but both of our co. works w/ each other. Long story & I'll try to break it down as much as I can. I have to call his co. to place orders, I don't directly deal w/ him but if things gets too complicated then I would end up dealing w/ him. We decided to stay friends which I was happy about but I asked if he wanted to meet up a while after the breakup over email & he replied yes & asked when. I told him it was up to him bc his sch. is more crazy than mine. It's been a week & he never responded & I ended up feeling really hurt. At work an issue came up w/ an order that was placed & they said they may have to contact him. The second his name was mentioned literally brought me down. Background, he cheated on me w/ his co-worker who is married w. kids. If worse comes to worse, I sometimes have to talk to her for work. Also, in the future, I may have to physically go to his work for work. I wanted to stay friends bc of work, what now?

This website this person was looking at is a teen porn website. The girls are 18-19. Something like that. Some of them might have been 17. But I think it's nasty because these girls look like babies! I acted very needy and like a fool towards someone that I had only been talking talking to for 10 days because I drank way to many Vodka Tonics at a party. Now, it's been three months and recently he has begun to stare me down when he sees me at for example: a concert or the bar. He is now not even hiding it, he will point blank stand 5 ft. from me with his friends and stare at me while I am talking to someone, even guys. What does he want? He was kinda mean to me after I acted a fool and needy and made it clear he did not want to speak to me any longer so, I let it go. Now after 3 months, I WILL NOT approach him but am wondering will he ever approach me? What could he be thinking and how long will it take? When we first met he called or texted me 5-6 times aday and we were both VERY drawn to each other by looks and personality. He was very verbal about liking me, but we have not kissed yet. I want too, but only if its mutual. I am dying to know what is on his mind! Help!!

I was pretty nasty when I got home from work yelling at him cause he didn't have his phone on him so I couldnt get in touch with him before I got home. I have been asking him for the past 2 yrs to please keep ur phone on you when ur home so I can get in touch with you. I was pretty nasty and left him a nasty voice mail because I was so angry. We started yelling at each other and he backed me into a corner by stepping forward. I wasn't scared because he has done this before. Usually I back down when he does this but last night I just had enough so I really started yelling back also right in his face like he was doing to me. Then he physically shook me and I would of fallen over if not for the wall behind me. Now my back is out and I'm alittle sore. I have no bruises. I guess I want to know does this constitute abuse. He claimes I was emotionally abusing him and it was the only thing he could think of to get me to stop yelling.

So my friens girlfriend is pissed at him for a video he didnt know was made of him "recieving' from a girl. Both him and the girl have little to know memory of the event because of the amount of alchohol involved. also the couple were not dating until agood 3-5 months after this.
