So the only advice i have is go and talk to him?

Ask him what time it is or for directions. If you know something about him like he likes football or something ask a question about football. Accidently bump into him and say oh Im so sorry, are you ok? Act like you are doing a class project and ask questions to get to know him better. Hope these tricks work for you like they have for me

Just go up and talk to him, say how u doing, if a girl just comes up to me and talks and is pretty cool, ill probably ask her out. But in most cases i think its the guy who should go talk to the girl in the first place

why would you sound like a ***** unless you came at him with a cocky attitude... just talk about whatever, ask for help with something...etc.
