She may have some issues but having sex with 20ish year old males is not all it is cracked up to be. I was 20, I am not 60 but I have way more experience than I did then and now sex can last for hours instead of minutes. Money make a lot of things easier also.

perhaps maturity kindness respect --- and why do the ladies always assume the worst ---- maybe its love (not for a father figure) love of a man for a woman and a woman for a man --- yes there are some that are using each other i suspect many more that are genuine --- i am biased my lady is about the age of my youngest daughter and i neither she nor i see age --- we see people that we care deeply about

First of all you don't have the right to stop her from doing what she wants. It is her choice. Now as for falling for an older guy - well, she might be really in love with him and vice versa . He might have the qualities she can't find in younger men. Sense of security (Emotional, financial)
