My ex and i still talk. its a long story, but both of us have tried leaving each other alone, but we always end up talking again. regardless of who initiates the conversation, we always talk, no matter how long it has been since we last talked. as of late we are getting on rather well. he is in a relationship. however, he still makes comments to me that a person shouldnt make if he is in a commited relationship. he always talks to me hours longer than he intends to (he will tell me he has to leave, then talk to me for another hour and a half, he has been late to work because he is talking to me). now, we have gone out to coffee, nothing more (i swear, nothing more) and the same thing will happen, he will say he has to go because he has plans, but then he will cancel his plans to hang out with me longer. all this from the guy who said he would never get back together with me. what gives?

It is shallow, I know. We were talking about the guys/girls who try to pick you up at a bar. Aside from the personality, we do notice looks (I hate to admit it, but inital attraction is a fact of life).

We came up with BAD TEETH as the top off putter.

a guy I reallyyyyy had strange feelings for had weird reactions every time he would see me. we never talked in person, but we communicated on email once... now he graduated.
I am wondering if I would ever find out what those reactions meant....
sometimes his face would light up...
sometimes he would become all nervous
sometimes he would have an arrogant smile on his face
sometimes he would turn REALLY sad (the sadness on his face can be considered quite comparable to the sadness one express when he sees the love of his life walking away with another man, the only thing is i have been single all the time!)
Do I need to mention that I catch him staring at me almost always?
but i think i do need to mention that he has dated in past 4 years, and he has a girlfriend even now

this is not the first time i am crying for him. BUT WHY?
i know you people will tell me to move on, but i am curious... what do you guys think, will I ever find out?

There are times when my gf flirts with guys or tells me things about something funny a guy did she knows or is friends with and sometimes I get jealous. The other day, she told me how she saw this really funny video of this one guy naked when he was really young. This guy has a gf, but at the same time, it still makes me feel jealous. I'm not sure if she was just making conversation, but i didn't really want to have to hear something like that...and she tends to do that fairly often to be honest. She laughs and jokes a lot with guys and she knows I hate it, but it just seems to be something she does a lot. She tells me they are just funny people and she can't help that they laugh, but to me, it seems she is just giving the guy the impression she is interested, and it comes off very flirtascious. She does this a lot, so therefore it seems I am on her case a lot, and she gets angry and upset. A few times she has cried and doesn't know what she is doing wrong..what should I do?

I would like to have some special alone time with my fiance. I was thinking of a cabin in the woods for a weekend. After careful consideration I decided this probly wasn't the best idea. I want a cabin whereas hed want good ole fashion sleeping in a tentin eating half raw fish. Plus the plans i had didn't exactly involve much hiking or swimming. It wouldn't be worth the price to be cooped up in the cabin all wkend. So I've been thinking and came up with an idea that I'd now like ur opions on. how would a quiet night alone here at home (we dont live together and dont get to c alot of each other usually) starting with a candlelit dinner followed by a bubble bath with candles then spend the rest of the night in front of the fire on a blanket in candle light doing whatever wed like. Is this too chick like? should i throw him a steak then rip off my clothes? realistically what do men really want?

I haven't known him long at all. I've never had a proper conversation with him, He came into my work & I was being flirty while i was getting his money. I see him at the mall sometimes he looks at me but doesn't stare & it's not really a look of interest. I really want this guy but for him to want me I have to play hard to get. & Because I want him i really don't want to do that whole hard to get bullsh**. How can i get him? This is hard. I have been dating a girl casually for the last 5 months and i really care for her . The problem is that she is going abroad for 2 yrs, and she thought it would be better if we stop seeing each other so we both agreed to break off the relationship and while i was heartbroken, i had no choice but to accept her request.
She invited me for a drink this weekend (she said she wanted too cheer me up so that i wont miss her) and during the night i jokingly said hey let's go to vegas and get married. I was just joking but her eyes lit up and when i told her i was just joking , she had a disappointed look on her face and was about to start crying.
I don't really believe in marriage and i don't think i am responsible enough to be married but she is leaving the country in two days and i want to keep seeing her so my question is should i ask her to marry me to make her stay? My second question is if she wanted to get married, why did she suggest that we break up ?

this guy i know lives in the same block as i do and we were talking the other day and he mentioned to me he's trying to buy a condo in that area. he also said he doesn't want to leave this neighborhood. how come he told me that? just being friendly or what? guys are so hard to read sometimes.

hello, ok well today we went to navy pier. its in chicago. we went on this cruise,dance. and this one boy alex, was there. it was the whole 6th grade that came since we arnt coming back next year. well alex, i sort of liek him. and my friend knows i do. and lets just say im not super super skinny. but normal. not over weight. and im average looking. pretty but not drop dead gorgeous. so we were making small talk at the table we sat at. my friend made me sit across from him. we were right by the lake you could see it all from where we were sitting.

We usually hang out just about everyday, and its usually in my basement...we usually start out play Guitar Hero or like some dumb playstation game...then we usually start making out, which leads to "travaling of the hands" and then...well u no how it goes from there...but sometimes i feel like he's doing everything for me (keep in mind we are not having sex) but yea i always feel like im just laying there, now dont think im not enjoying this haha cuz i am, but i just wanna no if there is some ideas you all have that i can use wen we start going..help please??

I've been dating this guy for a few months but he lives almost an hour away. He drives down to see me a few times a week (I never drive my lazy butt to go see him). Anyways, last week he asked me to be his gf and I casually said sure. Now what happens? He doesn't feel like my bf until I'm with him. I never call him unless he calls me first. It is now Wednesday night and I haven't talked to him since Monday. Is that normal? I met this guy and he oviously liked me. Later I noticed his # on my cell ( I jst left my cell around) so he probably added himself to my cell.

waited couple days, called him and he was with his friends watchin a soccer game, I jst said stuff lk " so how this got on my cell " and he was like" whoa this is weird, so it was jst there? So I was talking on the phone to my guy friend and we both know we like each other and have talked about it, when he said something about when he hugged me earlier and we had our arms around each other's back. He hugged me and we never really ended the hug, we just kept our arms around each other's backs. So on the phone he said something like " yeah you were holding me today and you had your arm around me" and i said "you're the one that hugged me and it just kinda happened" and he said something like "well i didn't want you to feel weird because you had your arm around me" and then he says "but you know that I do like you" completely serious. What does he mean by that!??!? What happened was that we hugged and we BOTH never really move our arms that were around each other's backs but I wasn't really sure about it. I kind of moved to where if the hug was over, he'd move his arm and if he didn't, then he wouldn't know that I wasn't sure about the hug, but he never moved his arm.
