will i never find out what that meant?

Question

a guy I reallyyyyy had strange feelings for had weird reactions every time he would see me. we never talked in person, but we communicated on email once... now he graduated.
I am wondering if I would ever find out what those reactions meant....
sometimes his face would light up...
sometimes he would become all nervous
sometimes he would have an arrogant smile on his face
sometimes he would turn REALLY sad (the sadness on his face can be considered quite comparable to the sadness one express when he sees the love of his life walking away with another man, the only thing is i have been single all the time!)
Do I need to mention that I catch him staring at me almost always?
but i think i do need to mention that he has dated in past 4 years, and he has a girlfriend even now

this is not the first time i am crying for him. BUT WHY?
i know you people will tell me to move on, but i am curious... what do you guys think, will I ever find out?

You already know. This is classic I love this girl, but I'm not good enough behavior. Yea strange huh? But no one knows how many relationships went to heck because no one could say what needed to be said...... if you get the chance, tell him, if not, yes you need to accept that the relationship may never get closer then it already has.....
