1) That depends entirely on where you life. Every country, even almost every city has a different dating scene and culture
2) It also depends a lot of the age bracket of your "target group". Young people have other habits than mature people and you will find them at completely different places
3) You might find it easier to impress the other sex by making yourself look smart - good grammar skills will help you to look good, so you might want to work on them
