Ok now that I have your attention and no one seems to be helping me, around three weeks ago I called someone and told him I have a crush on him and if he could reject me that would be great. We ended up talking about everything (I'm pretty he's hollow etc)BUT him rejecting me and when he had to go I asked him again to reject me and he just laughed it off. I tested him twice and called him twice after and no response. It was finals so he might have been busy, but I listened to everyone that he wasn't into me. I emailed him a rejection letter saying that I did care forhim but I understand what his avoidance means. I haven't heard back. Why is this happening? Why didn't he reject me on the phone? Why did he call me beautiful etc and why didn't he EVER get back to me?

IF it helps idk if it will but he is an ARIES and I am a Libra.

Well it's almost enough for a guy to deal with that a girl is being that aggressive, without tossing in the "please go ahead and reject me now" stuff on top of the aggressiveness to boot.

I'd offer a few suggestions.

1) If you're going to be aggressive, don't phrase your offer to go out in a negative tone like you did. That's a warning sign that you have self-esteem issues.

2) Play a little more hard to get. If you tell the guy you have a crush on him, then tell him if he's interested he can take you out and get to know you better rather than talking on the phone for hours. You have to leave a little mystery to entice people to be curious.

3) Don't hound the guy with followup phone calls. One or two followups is fine, but if you don't hear from him cool your jets. Any more than that gives the impression that you're either desperate or a stalker. And again, it's human nature not to want something that is that easily attainable.

Hi hon,

I want to say this in the most loving way possible, but you kind of set yourself up here. I'm a little confused by how you told him that "if he could reject you, that would be great." Why did you call him up and essentially ask him to reject you?

Again, I want to say this lovingly, but if you've called him and written him multiple times and haven't received a response, you've already gotten your answer. His silence speaks louder than his words ever could: if he'd wanted to get in touch with you before now, he would have. Since he hasn't, I'm afraid that means that he's just not that into you.

Please let this guy go, my dear...he's no good for you.

I wish you the best.

Aries & Libra

Two signs which naturally attract and complement each other. Tactful Libra tones down the Ram's fury, and redirects his or her individualism towards a partnership whose logical conclusion is the marriage which matters so much to Libra. The Libran harvests the Ram's vigor, but is sometimes rebuffed by blunt language. Aries must be careful to give Libra time to express him or herself. Otherwise, the magnetism which attracts them may turn into mutual repulsion.

Also just wanted to say that you sound like a really smart woman. I think that if this guy isn't giving you the respect you deserve you should find someone who will appreciate who you are and value your worth enough to be completely honest with you.

Good Luck.

Truthfully...most guy's don't handle rejection with a female (giving or recieving) one one , very well at all!
So they would rather avoid the issue altogether, which isprobably why he won't answere your calls.
As for why he said all the nice things you wanted to hear...you probably surprised him when you told him you had a crush on him and he wasn't sure where to go from there? So goin with the flo was a good idea to him at the time . But after he had time to think about it, he just decided not to deal with it.
Either way...your better than that!
Move on and have fun with someone who cares! :)

It is a strange question you posed him. And if I were in this situation as the object of one's affection i wouldn't really know what to say.

Actually if someone said "i have a mad crush on you, and want you to reject me" i might laugh too because its not something i was expecting to hear.

Are you truly looking for a rejection/confirmation that he doesn't feel the same, or were you hoping in the back of your mind for an indication that he would say "no, i am not going to reject you...I feel the same way".

It seems like continuing to call, that is what you might be looking for the way I see it.

I would stop calling him because it may seem obsessive unless you can turn it into a joke.. He might not want to "reject" you. He may not want to be with you, but may not totally want to spit you out and be unkind because he didn't have any problem with you/quarrel with you.

If he does call you or if you see him somewhere, just say hi, don't press him for an answer.

And stop listening to "everyone" - how do they know what you feel or he feels. Not saying he is necessarily into you, but don't ask for confirmation based on friends. I think you are worrying about it too much.

Just move on, and deal with the guys that talk to you and make moves that they want to spend time with you - don't waste your energy on guys that you are just crushed on.

Besides, i think you are afraid to go with your gut or trust yourself because you mentioned your signs, meaning you want us to tell you "no way - you are not compatible" or want to hear the opposite from people who don't know either of you

Girl, he didn't want to "reject you" right out on the phone, probably cause he thinks you're a cool chick and doesn't want to be mean or hurt your feelings.

But the fact that he hasn't gotten back to you and ignored your email has to tell you that he isn't interested. A guy can think you're beautiful and not want to date you -- it's just a fact. He sounds like a nice enough guy, but I think he's made it clear he's not into you.

Just move on and find some new crushes ... someone WILL be interested, I promise you that.

Hi..Maybe I'm missing something here..But why do you want to be rejected????
He didn't get back to you, because he's not interested in rejecting you or hurting you..
He called you beautiful, because, as you said you are a pretty girl..and he was being polite..
I don't know how old you are..but you sound very young..
When the time is right. and you're a little older..you'll have plenty of time to have sex..Take care of yourself!

It's because you scared the hell out of him, no offense but he probably thinks your crazy. I mean think about it you asked him to reject him, then you became a bug a boo. Give him some space for a bit, but not to much then explain to him what you were trying to do, then just take it slow. And, never have sex before marriage, it's better for him and you, plus the sexual tension would have built up, and your wedding night will be phenominal.

Maybe you ARE beautiful. In which case, did you expect him to lie? Just b/c he recognizes what you are or have to offer, though, doesn't mean he is into you. The fact that he didn't follow up after your conversation is the telling feature. He's just not that into you. That doesn't mean he doesn't like you - maybe as a FRIEND - but he is probably not interested in you for a RELATIONSHIP. Find someone who is and let this one go. He's obviously not the one for you.

You have a need for other people to like and admire you, and yet you tend to be critical of yourself. While you have some personality weaknesses you are generally able to compensate for them. You have considerable unused capacity that you have not turned to your advantage. Disciplined and self-controlled on the outside, you tend to be worrisome and insecure on the inside. At times you have serious doubts as to whether you have made the right decision or done the right thing. You prefer a certain amount of change and variety and become dissatisfied when hemmed in by restrictions and limitations. You also pride yourself as an independent thinker; and do not accept others' statements without satisfactory proof. But you have found it unwise to be too frank in revealing yourself to others. At times you are extroverted, affable, and sociable, while at other times you are introverted, wary, and reserved. Some of your aspirations tend to be rather unrealistic.
