My girlfriend seems cold towards me??!!!

Is it the end of a relationship when you fell like your relation toward each other seems only to be a simple Companionship??? not love or dating!!???
please help me...I don't want to let her go...

I really appreciate all the advice and answer in my previous post.

I did try a few time to break up with her but, she won't let me.

I already told her that I am lost interest in her. But, she still insist to continue.
After the above conversation, she will give way to me for a few times. Then, the whole story repeat agian.

I don't know how to tell her off in a very nice way.

Please give me your advice.

I have been dating my ex-husband again after a divorce two years ago due to him having an affair with a girl at work. Their relationship is over, and he came back wanting to "casually" date eachother again. Well, he wants to go to dinner and a movie tomarrow night, but only if he can go out drinking tonight with his sister and her party friends! Is he looking for somehting better to come along? There is a girl that I have been interested in for quite a while, we have been friends for a long time even though we don't hang out on a regular basis. I decided that I was going to get the courage to ask her out. I called her a few times and talked to her on AIM for three hours one night. I felt that we were beginning to get connected so I asked her if she would like to get dinner some time, or go to a movie. Being in highschool I done so on the way to class. She responded apathetically with a "I guess" and passed me into her classroom never looking at me the whole time, giving me the cold shoulder basically. I was not confident when I done it and was very hesitant at first. Have a blown my chance?

this guy I meet a year ago ..... Would not leave me alone so I try to date another guys ... He would not let me .... So i dated him ... how often does this happen to other girls? i get it quite a bit, from most of my male teachers actually. it doesn't really bother me at all ive had my butt grabbed or spanked a few times though, it was kinda weird but i just played along and smiled/giggled cause i didnt really know what to do.

I've been "seeing" a new man for a couple months now. He is very into his studies - as well as a lot of important previous commitments. He is making more time to spend with me which is great but sometimes I feel as if he doesn't REALLY want to hang out. He is very respectful and considerate - and very nice. But I believe he has never had a real girlfriend before (so busy). I talk to him a lot and sometimes I feel like I am talking to him too much and I feel like an idiot. Also, he is very nervous to be intimate with me. That is something that will take time but how do I create more interest from him??? He tries but I want him to feel like he needs to see me because he really really wants to. Maybe we are doing the same old boring thing..going to dinner too much? Running out of things to say. But most of the time, we have a good time :) I miss him. I just want to be closer?
Also, should I refrain from speaking to him so much or will that lead him to think I'm no longer interested?
