Okay, I like this guy and we've been talking for a couple of months now and I really like him, but theres 1 huge problem, he and a couple of other kids were talking about kissing and someone said to him "Hey I heard you got your 1st kiss from Jenn" and I think he said "Yeah shes my girlfriend..". And I told my best friend and she said when she saw the guy she liked dance with another girl she got very upset and her mother told her "Well you should tell him that you like him." but im timid and I don't want Zach to hate me or stop talking to me cause I asked him out,and my other friend told me that he was probably saying that so I he would get me to go out with him.And when I heard him say that he got kissed by Jenn I walked out of the place in tears,and I cried all night and all day today I was depressed.And my little sister asked if he was single and he said Yes he was. Should I tell him how I feel?

I have this party in 3 weeks everyone in school is psyched about it. My friends want me to take lucas. We’re good friends and he’s actually the only guy I know that I "talk" to. Our "relationship" is weird we can go for hours talking or chatting but we can also go several days without a word. I study in an all girls’ school and there was a time girls were being so mean to me because they all thought I liked Him. Those days were complicated; basically no one could like Him. Now all that's overand they’re pairing me up with him. What should I do? My girls say he wants to go and no one else will ask him. Should I ask him? I don’t really care about taking him even if he has an MU. it's just that what will the people think right? It’s a one-night thing and it is just a date right?. But what should I do? My relationship started out with lies. He would never invite me to his house although he said that he lived alone. He claimed that his home was too dirty. About a month after we started dating, I received a phone call from his live in girlfriend. I confronted him about it and he confessed to living with her but not being happy. He told me that she uses drugs and alcohol and because he is a recovering alcoholic/addict, the relationship was very unhealthy for him to be in. I had empathy for him, and allowed him to move in with me only because I had recently been in a similar situation. I too am a recovering addict and my x boyfriend was using drugs. Once he moved in, all was good for a while until one day he lost his temper when I accidently cut his fingernail too close. It scared me. Now, noticing all the little things, I notice that he is very lazy. He won't water the grass, he can't wash clothes, and he won't help out around the house. What should I do?

As mentioned, only semi-unrequited, it's the classic story, boy meets girl, boy falls for girl and girl falls for boy, boy and girl date, boy and girl stop dating and become friends for no apparent reason, boy continues to like girl for 4 years, during which boy and girl ocasionally fool around (i.e. oral sex), girl rarely tells boy she still loves him, usually when drunk, also during this period both boy and girl have other relationships, boy always feels more drawn to girl than his current significant other.

After this period of time of being in love with girl boy decides to either give it a definite shot with girl or, if that isn't an option give it up. Around this time girl gets EXTREMELY busy with work, school, and other things that boy generally accepts as higher priority than him such that even seeing her to ask her out becomes an issue, let alone dating her.

Boy then gets frustrated and goes to yahoo answers.

Now, what should I do?

My friend and I were sitting at the bar in a restaurant tonight and one of the cooks kept staring at me. Then, when we were leaving, he went outside near the back door to the kitchen and waved. If he was interested, why didnt he just ask for my number instead of staring all night? I so would have given him my number but I am not about to chase a guy ever again.

Rejection and how do i get over it, i still cry alone?
i had this crush since we were elementary, until highschool until 2nd year college, i dont see him everyday, but he left special memories and i took it as a sign that he likes me too, but i was so wrong, i wrote and told him what i felt inside, he did not reply or anything, i was just so devastated by it
i ended up thinking i made it up
he told me loved me, but men do that
it was all a joke to him
but all i felt was real
im still crying whenever i remember it,

I have been dating this guy for 3 years. We broke up for a period about a year ago because of drinking and drug use. He stopped doing drugs and drinking excessively and promised that he would not do this anymore. After telling me not to be scared and to give him another chance I decided to go back out with him. Now it is 1 year later and he has gotten drunk twice and stoned once. Each time he has tried to hide it from me by lying. He told me the other day the truth about the drugs which I appreciated but I had to trick him into confessing. I am not a 'spring chicken' and I would like to meet someone who I can trust and rely on. Can I trust this person? What does the general public think?

I am a 24-year-old who has been single for almost two years. I have only been on one date in that time and it didn't progress because I wasn't interested in the guy. I am a pretty, intelligent, nice person with good friends and a wonderful family. I'm a graduate student and a hard worker. You'd think I'd be okay.

Thing is, I tend to be shy around guys. I hate flirting - it makes me uncomfortable. I feel like an idiot doing it. I will never meet someone in a bar - it's not my scene. I don't want to meet someone who just wants sex, either. I want someone who truly cares about me. But I am out of ways to meet people. There is no one at school. All my friends are dating, so we don't go out to "meet guys". Instead, I end up home on weekend nights while they go out with their men.

I've been told I'm picky, but if I'm not interested in someone, I'm not interested in them - I'm not going to force it.

I'm beginning to think I'll be single forever.

Well me and my boyfriend have been going out for 6 months so far and we are totally in love. No sex or anything. But Im just 14 going to be 15 next month and my dad said i cant date till 16 due to pass incidents with phonecalls from boys. My boyfriend likes me (ofcourse), but is not very emotional and does not let out his feelings at all really. He is very nice and respectful but how do I get him to open up? Or how do I get him to develop better, or rather, STRONGER feelings for me. Sure, he does like me. He's a genuine guy. But I am really starting to like him. I feel like I say the wrong things to him - especially lately. (ie myself being a tad nervous).

So basically, my question is how do I get him to open up more? I don't want him to get bored with me. I want to be the lady in his life that he brags about to his friends. I want him to like me so much. He does like me. But I would like some help to develop that.

Hey y'all. I'm feeling depressed and am looking for sympathy or a slap in the face, either will do.
I'm in highschool, and was talking about University with my boyfriend, and realized that he's probably off to a University in the US. I'm more likely to stay here. (Not the US)

We're exceptionally close, but... I have a feeling that we won't last the ten years while both of us get our degrees.

I don't understand why I cry everytime I think of the end of G12. It's also exponentially worse now that I'm looking at universities myself.

What do you think the chances are that a relationship will last that long with little to no /real/ seeing each other?

Note: He's shy, the basic nerd and kind of reclusive, also incredibly loyal.
