I am and always have been an uncontrollable but harmless flirt. My partner never minded, she found it amusing. But I was taken to task recently on what was one of my more tamer flirtatious remarks (first time I can recall it ever backfiring). And partner chastised me with a "That'll teach you"...Ummm....what do you think? Does it bother you, would you mind your partner doing it etc?

Okay, it might sound stupid but I really need to know if there's any real way to cheer myself up. I've been heartbroken for a few months now, since October and I've still not quite gotten my sudden feeling of vulnerability sorted. Every so often I find myself feeling useless and not worth it.

I'd really like to find out if there's anyway I can make myself feel better and soon. As things have went on, I've suffered greatly from insomnia and I'm failing to get to sleep at night because of it all. Can anyone recommend anything?

I'd appriciate it if I got helpful answers and it's okay if you don't know anything just do your best.

I feel so bad, for the pass those 4 days, i feel like my heart is hurting, and what i found understand is my doctor check it and they said is normal. i will go back to them and say to him, that i need a heart check up all the way. i'm 20 years old and i'm male, and i wish to have family sooner or later and live happy. but as soon i notic i have heart problem going on, i think all my dream is over. what would you do?
