it depends...i read or heard somewhere that a women riding a bicycle 20 minutes a day would feel more confident and sexier than someone who doesn't. i think it's true because after a morning of like 30 min aerobic exercise, and just that feeling of "losing calories" can boost my "sex appeal". but that's an overall feeling. in bed, i feel sexy by stripteasin my man...gives the "POWER" to turn him on! in public, confidence in the way you walk and how you "notice" your surroundings and the passer-by's. mentally put in your head, "OH YEAH! KEEP LOOKING!" at school/work, talk or act with confidence, but a little weakness hidden under there somewhere.
