Is she mad at you? Why does she talk to you roughly? She must have a motive for talking to you like that, if not then something is up with her. Try talking to her and find out why she acts that way with you. If you love her you will try being the very best for her and good luck!

Ask her to bring her friends home so that you get to know them. Try to do some spare time activity with your daughter that both of you like, for example going to the gym together, going to see a movie at the cinema, horse riding... or anything else that please both of you.

Maybe she’s talking roughly with you, because she doesn’t fancy you?? Try to find out!!
But, it might also be, that she too is shy and insecure and doesn’t know how react. Many times it happens that insecure people try to hide behind a rough behaviour. (I also did at that age... so nothing is lost until now!!)
Relax, smile and talk honestly with her. Don’t make these stupid jokes like so many guys... because many youngsters like you try to be funny by telling stupid jokes and girls HATE that!!!
Talk honestly with her and invite her for one afternoon to share an ice cream with her.
Be honest and tell her, that you feel nervous and that you are a shy guy, but you like her very much so you are tying to be strong... Girls LOVE that. (Ice cream and honest guys who talk about their true feelings and say that they are normally shy...)

She may just be disapointed with you, let Her know that You have everything under control,most girls want a guy that will show her who is boss in a nice but firm way. If you can do that you may gain her respect back.
