there is no good way to get back at anyone that is just a childish way to do things to anyone. If you feel that way then just stay away from her.

You probably don't see what the girl sees but if you read your question over and over in your head, you will figure out that you are part of the problem and there is nothing wrong with the girl. Look in the mirror and try to do some growing up.
Women are to be respected.
You are the type of guy that falls in love with a girl and thinks the world of her and soon as she turns you down she's the biggest ***** on the planet. That is just plain stupid, if she's a ***** why did you fall for her?

The best way to get back at a girl is by allowing her to see you happy on your own.
If you meet someone new right away, she'll just assume they are the rebound girl.
Just play it off like you are perfectly satisfied with the way things are going for you.
Any girl would get satisfaction from seeing their ex completely miserable, so even if you are miserable, don't let her know the truth.

by staying at the side and finding yourself a better and gorgeous girlfriend whom you will love more than her, and treat like a queen, cause in that way she will see what she missed
but really its would never really feel great to get back at a girl, just move on and be happy, stop living in the past, that girl is not meant for you anyway, its pointless to use your precious time thinking about a girl who does not deserve your love

show her that you are hurt. let her feel guilty. but do not do something silly as in sleeping with her best friend. I know it hurts, but you will get through it.! Plus, this is only going to prepare you for life. You'll find a way better girl that would appreciate how much you care.

If it was love after 1 week, I don't blame her...it gives girls the creeps when guys fall in love too fast. You might really like her so try explaining that to her instead of using the word love. I don't think that getting back at her is warranted in this case.

You get back by not getting back. You move on with your life and make it the best it can be. When she sees she plays no part in it and that you don't even CARE to make her a part of it, it will hurt her. Don't take her back.

The best way is to be a man about it and show her that she lost something worth keeping. Don't ever stoop down to anyones level thats lower than yours. Your anger will go away and later on youll most likely laugh at it.
