If you don't like the kid then just stay away from him. There's no reason to start stupid stuff that might come back to bite you later. He might turn out to be someone you really get along with in 2-3 years. Alot can change in a short time. It he turns out to be someone you'd want to be friends with later on or even someone you'd want to date you'd hate yourself if you were all mean to him in Jr High.
