If its done by a cute girl most definitely without a doubt. But if its done by say for example an ugly fat old prostitute
with missing teeth and a mini skirt that obviously don't fit
her than look out it's time to run for the hills (save me mommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmyyyyyyyyyyyy)

Love it when they do it with a delicate approach like they tryin to tease you then they smile so cutely afterwards just so a faint bit of their teeth can be seen.
Starin can be creepy if there is no change in expression. Tilt ur head a lil to the side and give a smile and a sexy face. Move finger acros ur lower lip and blow a kiss when ur finger is about to leave ur lip. Now dats a girl who can get me to call a day off!

Oh, you mean biting your OWN lip and staring at them. I guess some guys find that really sexy, but just don't look at them TOO long, then you'll just seem creepy.

Yes. A lot of guys like that. They get aroused at times. A few find it very uncomfortable when a girl does that by seeing them.

If she is clamped on to my lip, I'm too close to have her be staring at me unless she pulls back and rips my lip off. At that point, I could tell you I would not like that.
