You needta know how YOU feel about the guy. It seems like he's got the same problem. He's really into YOU but doesn't know how to let YOU know. If you tell him, it should be done with the least number of humans around him. Info like that should be between the 2 of you. Then again, birds and other animals aren't gonna interrupt you and make you lose your place when you're in conversation. When YOU know if you DO love this guy, choose words and environment that'll make him the most comfortable but the words to him should be to him alone. Also, encourage him that he can talk to you at anytime about anything. He'll let you know when he gets more confident. Good luck. PS: You can send me an update if you wish but it isn't a necessity.

No you don't, what you need to do both you and him go to a alone place like a lunch or whatever have some sort of conversation start flirting with but don't make it too obvious and if he does like you he will tell you or something.

dont tell hime u love him because that might scare him, tell him that u think he is cute or something. Also when we like someone we usually tend to make little things like hugs something big that was never there.
