Came back from where? If you mean you and Him broke up. Then the answer is easy. If you and him have dealt with the issues that made you separate then you have a chance. But if you are expecting something magical to happen and everyone to be happy ever after Goood luck

Well first it deppends on what you broke up for if it was something dumb then get back together or if it was something bad then leave him and get on with your life. But if you realationship just didn't work say you can't get back together. If he's a nice guy but not the guy you think your gonna merry than say you can still be friends.

Maybe if you made that grammatically correct it could be understood...but you've got past and future tenses mixed up with present tense and it is difficult to figure out what the hell you are talking about.
