I guess you are very young, because you ask something like this.
And I am so old I forgot how is to have first kiss..
But what you need to know is this!
It will happen, when the time is right,
You will gaze in to her eyes she will look into yours and you will be close to her face and that just lean on and go for it.
Don't put your tongue right away, just kiss her lips first, and than take break and than again, slowly work your tongue, maybe next date or so. try not to wet her face, I mean keep your saliva in your mouth. I personally don't like wet ones, not on my chin and my cheeks

So for once follow your feelings and just do it. If it's been a long time, she's probably been waiting, and if you wait too long, she'll be "over it" and go on to someone else. Hurry up, grab hold of her with confidence and lay one on her, if she's been with you this long you already know she likes you, so rejection is NOT an issue. Or you could just ask her if she wants to. You might be surprised that she may be feeling the same way. Good Luck!
