Give her some space. Don't try to be too over friendly with her just yet. Let the fact that you asked her out sink in. It seems that she was not too overly happy with you asking her out sorry. But if she can't see what a great guy you are and jump at the chance to get to know you in a romantic way, then she may not be the one you need to ask out. You may have blown your chance or you may not have. Only time will tell. But until then just lay low and don't be overly friendly. When you see her just say a quick hello - at least until she comes to you to talk about you asking her out.

Doesn't sound like you have done anything. Maybe she views you as a friend only and doesn't want to or isn't confident about crossing over into something more. Best thing to do is ask her if she would like to go on a date with you. In person. Gauge her reaction, if it is slow to come or she seems 'not really interested' chalk it up to a learning experience and just remain friends. Then again, she could just have other things going on right now.
Hope this helps

I'm sorry to say this, but it looks like she is not really interested in you, and it's her loss, because you sound like a nice guy. You may try again in a little while, say that there's this movie that you would like to see, if she might join you? If she doesn't bite. move on. plenty of girls would love the chance to go out with you.

honestly, this is a tricky situation. if she talks to you on AIM and the phone, then obviously she doesnt mind your friendship/company. in real life though, she might be too shy or insecure or just feels weird about it when you asked her, girs can act one way one time and we change our minds and may seem like we dont like you. she may have been shocked that you asked her, and just felt too shy and scared about it....if she is a good match for you she will come along, otherwise dont waste your time, continue to be her friend but keep your eyes open for another sweet girl. good luck.

No, i don't think that you have blown it. Do a followup (call her) and let her know that you are still interested in going to the movies and say how about this weekend.

its not that youve blown it, it just seems that she is only interested in you as a friend. i dont mean to sound rude, its just what it sounds like. if thats not the case, it is very possible that she is nervouse or scared or afraid. good luck hun. hope everything works out.

no, probably not.
ask her again, and don't hesitate. You like her-than ago.
but don't walk around her all the time- that's annoying for her.
Be a good friend, that'll help you to see a guy in you.
good luck

You blew your chance. Give up. All is lost.
Why don't you actually just talk to her about what's on your mind? You would be amazed at what communication can accomplish.
