I recently moved back home with my mother, and I can't stop binge eating during the night. I used to live with flatmates in an appartment, but I have had to move back in with my mother.

Since moving back home I gained a stone and a half (about 20 pounds). I can't help myself, I wake up around 2am and it's like i'm sleep walking. I 'll head straight for the fridge or the cupboard and start stuffing my face with anything that that is laden with saturated fat and high in carbohydrates.

Unfortunately my mother is a great cook and a caterer, so the fridge is always full. I dont realise what I am doing untill I have finished eating, and then I feel guilty. It is almost as if my body is not in contact with my brain. Its the same thing every morning. First i'll wake up around 2am and stuff my face with fried foods and sugary drinks, and then i'll head off down to the gym at around 7am to try and burn it all off on the treadmill.

This is really messing up my body. Help me Please

i have just recentely broke up with my ex and my heart still hurts a lot! I know i most probably dont like this guy for the wrong reasons. He knows about my breakup ive told him to sorta say " Im not sure if im ready for this" etc. However i also dont wana miss out on him cz it could potentially really work out between us. He says if its meant to be it will happen, but should i just take a chance? Since i might lose him ??

I haven't talked to or seen this particular ex girlfriend of mine for over 1 1/2 years other than seein her in a car when I went to buy a pack of cigarettes the other day. Before and when we were going out she said that no matter what happens in time we should stay friends and keep in contact if we ever get together and break up. I still remember her number. I gave a guy a lot of frama but he always forgave and told me he could never get angry. He didn't come online for awhile. Then I told him I couldn't talk with him for about a month becausemy BF was moving in with me but i did tell him i liked him more. i ended things with my bf last night, i love him to bits but the past few months have been awful, i had a miscarriage and my head has been up my ****!! but i went through his phone last night and saw he had all these received calls from girls he is very friendly with at work and im sick of the secrecy. he was with his x for 5 yrs b4 me and they r in touch and i know she texts n stuff but he hides it from me. cos he thinks i go mental when he tells me things, but all ive ever wanted is him to be open n honest, but he keeps things from me, then last night he had a num in his fone frm a girl he had met on a night out, i rung her to see wat had gone on n she said they just talked, exchanged nums n were txin for about a week, but it seriously gutted me. why get girls nums when u av a gf even if u dont cheat? i confronted him n he said that they got on dead well as mates n were just friends, but i dont think i can take much more of the secrecy....

If you really love someone and they don't feel the same way back should you just try to forget about them and move on? If you find a guy that you really love but he doesn't know if he feels anything for you or not, does that mean he's not Mr. Right?
See, I am in love with this guy but he doesn't see me as a possible girlfriend. He only sees me as his friend he says. Should I give up on thinking that there will ever be a relationship between us or maybe someday he might realize that i could be his girlfriend?

This friend i have feelings for has a girlfriend. I have always kept my distance despite the fact that i have always had a cush on him. Awhile ago he started flirting with me, when it kept happening and getting more serious i told him i wanted it to stop because i have feelings for him and its really hard for me not to react back to it. We agreed it should stop but somehow it always starts happening again. I dont think he has any serious interest in me other than attraction and i know he wouldnt actually cheat on his girlfriend and i wouldnt do anything with him while he is with her. Im starting to get mad, he knows that i care about him and he uses it to string me along, he might be a immature flirt but he is not a bad person and he is not a real 'player', i dont understand why he keeps doing this when he know im getting hurt? Its not all his fault but im the one who keeps trying to fix this and im getting nowhere!
