depends on the person... for me even though i am not a shy person i blush really easily even if i have no physical attraction to the girl or guy im talking to its just being placed in a semi awkward situation that will do it for me... and i hate it :(

Not much. Maybe he is shy. Or he is frantically trying to come up with a good excuse to bail. I would not read much into it myself. I would just be a bit worried about you that you watched so closely that you noticed!
