I recently moved back home with my mother, and I can't stop binge eating during the night. I used to live with flatmates in an appartment, but I have had to move back in with my mother.

Since moving back home I gained a stone and a half (about 20 pounds). I can't help myself, I wake up around 2am and it's like i'm sleep walking. I 'll head straight for the fridge or the cupboard and start stuffing my face with anything that that is laden with saturated fat and high in carbohydrates.

Unfortunately my mother is a great cook and a caterer, so the fridge is always full. I dont realise what I am doing untill I have finished eating, and then I feel guilty. It is almost as if my body is not in contact with my brain. Its the same thing every morning. First i'll wake up around 2am and stuff my face with fried foods and sugary drinks, and then i'll head off down to the gym at around 7am to try and burn it all off on the treadmill.

This is really messing up my body. Help me Please

It's a million dollar question! If people could stop binge eating then we wouldn't have the obecity problem we have. One thing I have noticed (being a bit of a binger myself) is that living with other people does stopp you binge eating. Just like when you where living with your flatmates. It hink that is because you feel a need to conform and don't want to be seen as greedy or as someone with a problem in front of your peers. Living with your mum or living alone reduces that pressure so you pig out more.
I suppose the solution is to either move back in with other people or do something during the day that tires you out so much you won't be up at night snacking.

Good luck

It seems such as you go with for to bypass to mattress with an entire abdomen. attempt this. purchase some apples, decrease them into slices, and consume them till now mattress. Any end result somewhat. Drink some tea or particularly milk too. Milk is amazingly filling, and the calcium is sweet to your bones, that's oftentimes an argument with older women people. start up a reliable habit early! do no longer attempt to easily stop ingesting, for the reason that isn't do. instead, discover ingredients that are easy and uncomplicated, and a drink which you will sense complete on or happy with. Apples and milk could be good to your tooth too, so yet yet another good reason to consume them instead of something with sugar.

hey i had the exact same(well nearly) problem. you can eat as much as you like but you have to do enough exercise to burn it off. right down everything you eat and drink for just one day. if you you have two chocolate bars right it down if you have 3 glassess of fizzy pop right it down and then the next mornin work out ALL the calories for every little thing you've drunk and eaten. and then work out how many hours of exercise you have to do to burn it off. if you cant do all the exercise then set yourself little targets like swapping fizzy drinks for water or eating smaller portions. hope ive helped and good look xXx
