OK i met this guy in college.I'm sorta starting to get into him.He's very much into me.This I know b/c of what he tells people about me.The only thing is, I don't know whether to pursue a serious relationship.In my heart, I want to, but I know my family will disapprove of his appearance,his personality, or his habits. Anything about him really.He's about 5'5 and weighs about 125. He's very pale and always wears really big, baggy sweatshirts, and pants.He has long stringy black hair, tattoos, and a tounge ring.He's from Chicago, both parents are lawers, and he really flaunts his parents' money and the things (expensive clothes, flashy cars,etc.) that he buys with it.He also smokes and drinks extensively. Ladies, what would you say to your friend if she was dating someone like this, and moms, what would u think if your daughters came home with him on their arms?I appreciate any comments/advice.I want advice from either angle, as a parent or a peer, even if it is negative advice.Thanks

OK, so I messed up. My boyfriend and I broke up 6 weeks ago (we were exclusive and he said he was falling for me but didn't want to be bf/gf---I want something more serious) and tried to be friends. On week 3 I decided to go to dinner with him because I missed him terribly. We had a fantastic time, I asked him upstairs and we ended up having the most amazing sex which of course brought all the feelings back. I left the country for three weeks and he kept IMing to say hello. When I came back, I called him and we had dinner. It was great, but when he came over he wouldn't stay, even tho he held me in his arms and said he wanted to so badly. He told me later he is dating others and that if he slept with me he'd want to commit to me, and that he doesn't want to be in a serious relationship. I am an attractive woman who turns heads and don't understand why he wouldn't want to sleep with me. Is this him respecting me or feeling sorry for me? Why would ea man pass up hot sex?

Here's the scene: you are walking through the mall with one of your girlfriends. A single guy who is by himself and not with a friend notices you and is attracted to you and wants to meet you and get your number so he can meet you for coffee sometime. The guy is perfectly normal and single - he is NOT a stalker, psycho, or player.

Question: How would you like him to approach you? What would be the nicest or sweetest thing he could say to get you to feel comfortable with him enough to give him your telephone number - without making your friend feel jealous or bad that she was not the one "picked"?

i've liked this guy for pretty much three years. this is the third year. always talked to him online and enjoyed it. we seem to have fun. we make each other laugh. but when we finally get to school, i avoid talking to him at all circumstances. im afraid? sort of. why can't i do this? i really wanna talk to him though because this other girl that likes him wants him too and i hateee heeeeer.. do i win him over somehow? he's getting me a christmas gift.. if that helps..

My best friend has a boyfriend and she's not sure if she likes him anymore. She has recently found that there is another guy that she likes more. Today she called me and told me that she made out with this other guy. I am good friends with her boyfriend and am wondering if I should tell him about what happened. I met this woman 3 years ago. We totally fell for each other like a couple of school kids. I never believed in soul mates until I met her. Things were incredible for about a year. Then she started telling me that I was too much for her. That only made me cling to her more. She is not seeing anyone else right now, but I get jealous whenever she starts talking about another guy. She continues to call me every night and tells me everything about her life. Because I have been talking to her friends, I have created some problems with her friends, because I didn't realize that she didn't tell them as much as she tells me. She is obviously very angry with me. I can't help myself when it comes to her. I have never been like this with any other woman. I have never felt like I "need" anyone else like this before. If she would just leave me completely I think it would be easier, but she comes to me whenver she needs someone to talk to her and makes her feel better. I want to make it right.

oaky well i have a bf and we have been dating for 2 months and 2 weeks.. He says i mean everything to him.. But he will walk with other girls and like go around petting other girls.. I got rid of one of my friends that kissed him at a party soo now wut do i do about him.. I talk to him every night on the phone last night was for 6 hrs.. I am single and can’t find a nice guy and he says he changed. Before he used to call me names and even hurt me...but i told my sister and she told him to ****off and after dat we didn’t talk for like a year. Black girls??
Im not racist but i guess i am a little jealous. my last boyfreind cheated on me with two different black girls then he broke up with me and told me he wasnt attracted to white girls anymore. this shocked me and made me feel unattractive. there are many black girls around where i live and i notice that they have very shapely bodies. Before we go anywhere, if anyone says "just be yourself", you will not get a best answer. i am sick and tired of reading this because "being myself" involves social inability and failure in various aspects.

I feel i am missing a critical aspect that causes me to not be invited to hang out and parties and stuff. people talk to me and stuff, but seem not to show that much of an interest in things.

to be honest, i don't know how to be included in a group. I'm clueless, allright? i don't know how to get myself included, or to be social. I am missing that key factor that people need to make a bunch of friends and date girls and stuff, and i don't even know what it is, let alone how to fix it.

yes, i am going on here looking for consolation and help. nobody seems to be able to understand my predicament. my school counselor could not seem to comprehend what is wrong when i asked her about trouble dating, she just said i was too young to date, making it worse. What do i need to ask

it seems like everytime i go out to anywhere and see boyfriends and girlfriends together and holding hands and huging and kissing... i just feel like i have this urge to punch out the guy not the girl (i don't actully punch them i just feel like i want to) because i don't know y but i just get to angry when i have to couples do stuff like them near me while i never had a gf before and I'm 16 and I'm cute and nice, sweet personality, and now i just feel so jealous and i can't take it any more the jealousy and anger is building up to much that I'm worried that one day I'm just going to lose it and at times i feel like crying because i never had a gf and I'm starting to see that mostly all hot, beautiful, cute.... girls all go for the jocks or ******* kinda guys while I'm a regular nice guy and i have nothing!!! so i blew my ex-boyfried and i told 2 people, this blabber-mouth max, and my ex's best friend john. so i didnt think tht max was gonna tell anyone, but he did. and my ex wasn't going to tell anyone. so when my ex found out tht i told those people he just went along w/ it. so i told my friends tht my ex is telling people tht i blew him, and it never happened because if i did tell them the truth my friends wouldn't be my friends anymore. so my friend was talking to my ex yesterday and she was saying tht she doesn't trust him because of all the lies tht he told about me, so my friend still belives me that hes spreading rumors and my ex now knows what im telling my friends..........what should i do? should i tell my friends the truth, and not be their friend anymore, or go up to my ex and tell him the truth, becaue i still really like him and always have, i just said all that stuff about him to keep my frineds, or something else, i messed up soooooo bad

I told this girl that i was talking to that i was basically canceling her because she was so busy and i was frustrated how slow the relashionship was going. I was trying to manipulate the situation trying to speed things up but it backfired, and now i know i still have feelings and i feel she does to... HOw can i fix this.
