so i blew my ex-boyfried and i told 2 people, this blabber-mouth max, and my ex's best friend john. so i didnt think tht max was gonna tell anyone, but he did. and my ex wasn't going to tell anyone. so when my ex found out tht i told those people he just went along w/ it. so i told my friends tht my ex is telling people tht i blew him, and it never happened because if i did tell them the truth my friends wouldn't be my friends anymore. so my friend was talking to my ex yesterday and she was saying tht she doesn't trust him because of all the lies tht he told about me, so my friend still belives me that hes spreading rumors and my ex now knows what im telling my friends..........what should i do? should i tell my friends the truth, and not be their friend anymore, or go up to my ex and tell him the truth, becaue i still really like him and always have, i just said all that stuff about him to keep my frineds, or something else, i messed up soooooo bad

If something as little as that could mess up your "friendship" They are not really your friends. Tell them all the truth cause lieing will only make it worse. Trust me i found out the hard way.

First of all, this is a minor lesson in never doing anything that you don't want people to know about. Second, lies come back to bite you in the butt. You can tell your friends that you made a mistake and apologize to your ex. Whether you lose them or not depends on how forgiving they are about a lie.

Which is more important to you: your friends, which at some point may never be apart of your life. Or sparing your relationship with your ex whom you may hook up with and spend the rest of your life with. Personaly I would admit to both, if your friends deny you then you have no business hangm' w/ them. You will see who your real friends are. "TRUST ME." Just admit it and began to portray a new life as you would want it. The longer u accumalate this burn in your heart the harder it will be to tell the truth, let me know how it works.

Well u should always tell your freinds the truth no matter what it is u should be able to trust your freinds not unless there like total BITCHES 2 u other wise dont tell them but then if there you real ture freinds they will be there for u 24-7 no matter what u did or said !
