Get a clear glass bottle and decorate it really cute and write what you feel in a letter make it really sweet and stick it in the bottle. Next take her to the beach and let the bottle coincidently float next to her it worked with me and im still with my boyfriend but if you dont live by the beach...sorry. Good Luck.
