My mom just had surgery on her shoulder. She broke it while running a triathalon. Flowers are no good and food is no good as well. What do I do? My mom is very hip and has a great sence of humor! She is 55.

I have been with a man for 11yrs now..we have kids together and I have 2 kids prior from another relationship I was in before we got together. For 10 years now he has been verbally abusing me. And now since we have moved to another state..going on a year..he has gotten worse. What should I do? What can I do? He is controlling. I haven't worked in like 10 years..he tells me.. I can't. I have no money, no car..no nothing to help me escape this "HELL" my kids and I are going through. well I do have access to his accounts and I do drive but the things are not mines to just get and just leave and be happy with my kids. I hate feeling this way because when I am no happy...my kids are not happy. and they see me going through this and also hear all of it. Im so sick and tired living like this. If he knew I was on the computer..not doing something.."PRODUCTIVE" all hell would break loose. Just really tired of living like this. Do I hang around or leave?

First time I met her she threw herself all over him, made no attempt to talk to me, wouldn't let him talk to me! He quit talking to her after that, next meeting I went to the washroom, she rubbed herself all over him, saying "don't worry, your gf can't see", recently tried to add him to facebook - he declined so she added all his male friends and is constantly writing him emails. He told her to fix it with me first - I don't need her in my life, especially with a child on the way! How to deal?? I wrote the following email - will it work? Other ideas?

So, for those of you who don't know...
I have been dating a guy for 5 months who is a convicted felon. Everything leads back to a drug addiction which he has overcome. I love him but I don't see a future with him. This sounds so selfish but I feel like I deserve someone who will support me as much as I support them and with a felony on his record that doesn't seem possible. So, I've decided that I need to end it before things go any farther.
Once I set my mind on things like that I always like to get it over with so it doesn't eat me alive for days and days. I'm going over to his house tonight to have dinner and would really like to tell him. How do I wade into it though? I though about just telling him that we needed to have an honesty session and dive in then...? I love him and don't want to hurt him - this is the way it has to be though. I don't want to ruin our friendship although I think it can't be helped - I would like to stay on good terms with him though! Please help!

I'm 18 and have been having regular sex with my families local GP for a few months now.We met at a nightclub and decided to start a relationship.I've always found older men more attractive(he's 34 so not that old hehe).He is the Doctor of my brother,Mum and Dad but my Doctor is a lady doctor from the same practice.My brother had a lo wrong with him so has to see him reguarly.
I don't know what it is but I've started to fell a bit icky about the whole thing and I don't know why.He's not my Doctor,he's not married I don't think but for some reason I just feels it's wrong.Maybe because he won't let me tell my parents about us?
What I really wanted to know however is,is what we're doing legal? I heard you can't have sex with a Doctor or something? Thanks xxx

I am 25 years old having issues with my father. I dated a man for 10 months and broke up with him in May because he hit me. He had full custody of his 4 year old son. My father and stepmother got to know this child in the last three months that we dated. After we broke up, my father came to me asking what I thought about him continuing to see the child. I told him that it didn't make sense. However, my father disregarded my feelings and continued to see him. Now, 4 months later, this is tearing my family apart. My brother doesn't approve, either. My father knows that we do not approve but takes it to extremes (will not even call us when he has this child). In the past month this has become every day. This child is mean just like his father and continuously disrespects everyone. I currently have a new boyfriend who my father won't even try with. This child has a grandmother to provide care. Now I hear my father is going to try and get custody because my ex is in jail! what to do?

a few months ago i called my best friend a whore because she made a mistake and had a one night stand with someone when she already had a fiance. She definitely flipped out on me and so did her gfs. The reason im so mad at her is cuz i spent alot of time "protecting " her from doing stupid things when she was drunk cuz i hate cheating.
