I'm 18 and have been having regular sex with my families local GP for a few months now.We met at a nightclub and decided to start a relationship.I've always found older men more attractive(he's 34 so not that old hehe). He is the Doctor of my brother,Mum and Dad but my Doctor is a lady doctor from the same practice. My brother had a lo wrong with him so has to see him reguarly.
I don't know what it is but I've started to fell a bit icky about the whole thing and I don't know why. He's not my Doctor,he's not married I don't think but for some reason I just feels it's wrong.Maybe because he won't let me tell my parents about us?
What I really wanted to know however is,is what we're doing legal? I heard you can't have sex with a Doctor or something? Thanks xxx

I love him.We waited a long time before having sex for the first time.He was my first ever man to even kiss! I think he might have a weakness for very young girls. He once said he hated women ver 23!

You're right. The something's wrong is you're 18 and he's 34. Oh wow. You CAN do better. Like a guy more your age.
Just so you know. This man only wants sex so don't fool yourself into thinking there's anything more to it.
You can have sex with a doctor. You are young but there is a cliche of "I want my daughter to marry a doctor".
It isn't illegal because you're both old enough.
"Doesn't like anyone over 23".... If this is really a woman asking this, why are you wasting your precious time on such a creep? Dump this weirdo.
To Markymark: You took the bait. Everyone knows this "woman" is actually a man getting some sad thrills by writing "risque" or controversial things. Also, don't refer to women as "slappers". It is very ugly and will repel any quality woman. The only women you will attract if you use such words is those who are pathetic.

If the relationship is just sexual and you're enjoying it... go for it. You're 18. An adult. Enjoy life. But... make sure he's not married. That wouldn't be right and he would just be an assh**e. You don't need to tell anyone if you don't want to. But perhaps the fact that you're thinking about the awkwardness of telling your family has more to do with the age difference than with the fact that he's your family's Doctor. My wife is 26, I'm 42. She's a bit older than you (18 is still pretty young) but we've had those awkward moments with other people. Anyway, enjoy the moment with this guy and relax. Its likely that you're not gonna be with him forever...
About legality... You're both consenting adults. There's no law broken at least in western countries...

Baby-girl ...you are 18 and have a mind of your own. Your body belongs to you now, not your parents or the STATE. You can share it with whomever you want. If you like older men....have fun. Practice safe sex and enjoy yourself. DO NOT let ANYONE tell you different. I,m an older man and can fully appreciate the amazing body and life that a younger woman such as yourself possesses. Women in their 30,s,, 40,s etcetra are self important, judgmental, full of baggage from past failed relationships and put men through a thousand hoops just for a CHANCE at sex that is mostly tired and as predictable as they are. Boys....your age...lack experience...think ONLY about themselves in bed . The world would be a much better place if more girls thought like you. What a very very LUCKY Dr. I sure hope he realizes how special and precious you are. Take care baby girl. Be safe. Sweet dreams....The Hvymetalcowboy.

Since you're not his patient and are of age, yes you can. Just because members of your family see him regularly doesn't oblige him to staying away from you. It's an ethics issue if a doctor is dating a patient, or an attorney is dating his client. Nothing otherwise illegal about it, though. He may think that if you tell your parents that you are seeing him and having sex with him that they will think this automatically will put pressure on him in the direction of a question of possibility of marriage to you (and he may not be inclined in that direction now).

Well, the reason way you may feel icky is because you are keeping something away from your family. nd in my opnion if I was in your shoes I would end it, i'm not sure whether its legal but to have that weird vibe going on isn;t a good feeling. And don;t forget the doctor does know all of your families problems and it is against the law to discuss anything with anyone else that it does not involve. I doubt you would like it if your brother was going out with your female doctor and you knew that she knew all of your problems but he didn't. You would still think whether shes told him or not becuase of how close they are.

it fairly is SO incorrect even nonetheless i'm a libertarian naturist and have confidence in making age of majority sixteen and age of consent 15 for all 50 states, * If u do it u are gonna have a terrible mutated baby * can not u locate somebody else, even a cousin or step sister?! * it fairly is erroneous in organic regulation and each regulation and is so despicable, no animal does it

Legal? Yes. Ethical? Questionable, especially considering your doctor is in the same office. It's probably not the best idea. If you want to continue seeing him, I'd suggest you find a different doctor, from a different office.

He dosen't want you to tell because you are still in his eyes a child and alot of other peoples including myself. And you apparently are feeling guilty because you are sneaking behind everyones back and doing it. And you don't THINK he's married? I believe that would be the first thing i would have found out BEFORE doing the dirty with him. if you are going to have sex like an adult you need to act like one and know who and who isn't married. And no it isn't illegal but very risky.

maybe you feel icky because he's the one who performed the illegal abortion on you, weren't you 34 weeks pregnant and you said "in my country it's legal to have an abortion at 34 weeks".....yes I remember you now. You must like making up little stories, I guess that's why your Q and As are private. SICKO

You can have sex with anyone you want to . It has nothing to do with him being a doctor. What are you doing in a club at 18?
