i have had very special pets

"aussie" my precious lil australian terrier. he helped through surgery when i was young. we would pull ourselves "commando crawl" along on our bellies together. he ate doritos with me. My dad always said "he had the heart of a lion" , i tear up thinking of him now.

but now that i have children, there is no comparison. when i got sick of playin with aussie he went back outside with "gypsy" and "rebel".

i would lay my life down for my kids, i wouldn't for my pets.

i also "get" that some people can't have children (that would be devestating) but please don't compare your ANIMAL to my children!

Confused...

I love him, he know's it.
Recently he told me he needed space. I was in shock, but I'm dealing with it even though it hurts.
But I respect his wishes and gave him his "space".

Dilemma:
1)He calls me everyday and expresses how much he misses me.

2). He text's me every morning "Goodmorning Sweetie"

3). Tell's me how much he still loves me, but he needs to be to himself for awhile. The long distance was too much for him.

Does anyone else find this incredibly selfish. First you drop me (still a little traumatized), then you constantly give me a sense of false hope for the relationship.

Is he doing this to keep me wrapped around his finger while he get's to do whatever he want's to do? Or is he...man, i don't even know...

So me and my BF have been together for 9 months. What are the possibilities of us staying together? We always talk about it now, I mean us being together forever. I really love him..and he says he "More than loves me" but, I just wanted to know if any guys around this age said anything like that and ended up not being with that person forever. I believe him..because he seems really serious about it (even though hes a typical skater and class clown). I just wanted to have an opinion on how our relationship is and if any guys have ever said something like this to a girl when he was around the age of 16. (oh and by the way...we havent had sex or anything. we talked about it but he came out saying that he loves me for "who I am and not sex")

I got back with an ex boyfriend (P) 4 months ago. We were together for 3 years and then broke up for 3 years, it was my decision as I met someone else and fell in love. It was an extremely tough time and in the end things didn't work out with the other guy, again I broke it off. Over the last few years P I have stayed good friends and we both recently moved back from overseas to our home country. When I got back here we ended up hanging out and decided to give things another go. I moved in with him pretty quickly and things were going ok for the first few weeks. He's the loveliest guy, completely loyal, loving, sweet, treats me so well and we're best friends. Problem is, I don't really feel physically attracted to him now. I don't know whether to leave him or try to work things out, is this something I should live with as everything else about him is so good? Is that just what happens to everyone after a while or would I be happier with someone else?

need some advise . If you looked after your great grandmother with no financial or emotional support from other family members (they dont even visit only when invited to kids or her birthday) and you find out that the other family members got a copy of her will from the banks without her knowing and telling everyone that " we are getting everything" and trying to force her to change the will what will you do as it was her own choice. The grandson that got a copy hasnt seen visited or phoned her in almost a year (She does not even know what his second kid looks like) Not even her own daughter in law stood with us when this happend (as her own kids have all passed away) what will you do if something like this happend

I finally found the courage to write a letter to a guy whom I’ve been deeply in love with for almost 3 years now....For 3 years I have not told him my feelings....I got tired of holding everything inside and thought I owed him that much to tell him how much I yearn for him..
He and I use to talk often, but because of some misunderstandings we have not spoken for quite a while, and I reunited with him by sending a love letter full of passion for him.

3 weeks has gone and he still haven't replied to my letter (I left my phone numbers in the letter and I sent letter by FedEx so I know he got it for sure) ....How long should I wait before I expect to get a response, or do you think he will never reply because of a 3 week time span? Should I give him time to think?...Or You think he is not interested..

We are separate countries at the moment, because I recently moved away for studies...I don’t got he’s cell phone number now- just his work number and his work address- which I got through a friend of his and mine. His number changed after he went back to his home country for 9 months then relocated. Do you think it was a bad idea that I wrote a letter confessing my love for him? Or do you think it was the wrong thing to do?

Do you think I should call him and ask him if he got the letter? Or should I wait a bit longer -or should I just move on?

I have recently become disabled through an accident. Now I qualify for Social Security checks. So, I have had to move back in with my mom (I am 21). I never knew my father. In order for me to get the maximum $ ammount / month (like 516.00 $) I will have to claim dependence on my dad. I never met the man, I never talked with him, he never paid ANY child support. He won't loose any of his pension, so it isn't like I am taking cash away from him (even though he owes my mother thousands of $).
Here is my delemia - in August an attorney will be sending him a letter informing him of my claim of dependance. It is really a formality, but suddenly he'll be in my life! He will have my name (I changed my last name), my phone number and address. He wasn't a nice man to my mom. Tat is why she left while pregnant. I don't know how to act! I am trying not to be hopeful that he has changed into a nice guy, and I am trying not to be afraid that he will be creul - I just don't know how to deal w/ this

i love my mom but we are just too alike. im sick of living unorganized and everyone says its jsut a phase im going through bcz im 16 but im so sick of doing everything her way. she is completely disorganized and anytime i try to do anything different then the way she thinks i should do it i get screamed at. i cant wait to be on my own but im sick of all the drama. i dont want to ruin our relationship over something like this. what do i do?

I am a smaker &, before i went to sleep, i put my smoke out. It was the only butt in the ashtray. When i woke up this morning, i couldnt find the ashtray. Then, i saw it at the bottom of my bed, on my bed & now, there were 2 butts in it. Now, even scarier is the way it had been put out. I just basically bend it over & press down until its out. THIS other butt was all kinked & stubbed out. I didnt do it. I checked the house for evidence that someone else had been here but, it was clear that there was no possibility that anyone had been here. NOTHING had been touched & the doors & windows were as i left them. Im mysterfied. Cant someone possibly give me a genuine answer to this? My paranoia is that someone close to me may have died & came to say their final Good bye but, maybe im just over analyzing.
