This may sound like a shallow question, but it's really starting to put a damper on things, particularly sex and other intimate stuff. She's really sensitive and I don't want to hurt her feelings or make her feel inadequate, etc.

just say it as gentle and nice as possible.

or get her sister or a really close friend to tell her if you just cant

Tell her at a time when you are not being intimate. Being married should mean that you can tell each other things of this nature without having to worry about the other person never speaking to you again.

Been there. It's embarassing and uncomfortable. I eventually just said something, as kindly as possible, without making a big deal out of it. I didn't say it like it was a constant thing, just like, whoah honey, you need to brush, whooo-ee. He got the hint and made some changes.

Believe it or not, but the only way that this can be eliminated is for her to have all of her teeth removed. Then you will not smell her before you enter the room.

Doctors will try to milk you both by frequent visits and cleanings. This will not work! She has a form of pyorrhea that is only eliminated by tooth extractions of all the teeth. Unfortunately!

You need to mold your spouse if its possible. Breath - think about it if you can't improve on that your going to be 10 years from now asking yourself dumb questions.

Get mouthwash and say that you think you are going to start using it. Then advise her: "Maybe you should try it too. It helps against gingivitis etc."

have her go to the dentist. there r a lot of solutions out there. she may need a good cleaning. periodontal disease can cause bad breath.
