my girlfriend and i have been together for 2 years..and we talk all the time..recently her parents keep grounding her so we cant talk..and its really causing me pain not to talk to her, its been a week and she got ungrounded TODAY, and she got on to talk to me and they grounded her again...what should i do?...

My hubby is 22 years old and everything is about his mother. I love him but it is driving me crazy. Im flying 600 miles away in a few weeks to see my family for the first time in 9 months for about a week. While I am gone his mother suggested him to stay with her. We have our own apartment! I have completely disappoint people who once believed in me, gave me chances to change, and sacrificed for my future. Now they are tired of constantly giving me without my appreciation and receiving anything in return. I told them to leave me alone. They are not my parents. They are my aunt and uncle. All they had done for me are extra and out of their kindness to help me. They changed my life. They agree to keep supporting until I finish college, which is about five years from now. For the past year I have been dating a man who is 9 years older than me. There is one problem with this relationship though. I am seventeen and he is 26. We are the perfect couple and plan on getting married in the next few years. As of febuary 13, my father has decided to put a restraining order out for him on my behalf. He believes that is is a negitive influence in my life and the cause of all my rebelion. I see why he thinks this, but this is not the truth. The truth in it all is that he is afraid of me growing up and not being what he wants me to be.
The restraining order is not yet gone into effect because it has not been served to my boyfriend. This will damage his life for any of his work with children. This has literally brought both of us to tears and brought out emoutions that most people will never feel.

I don't know what to do to occupy my time. Everything reminds me of him, I'm going to go from talking to him ALL of the time, to maybe once a week, for a few minutes. I can't concentrate on school or work, I don't want to go out wth my friends....I'm so worried that something might happen to him. He will most likely be back in 7 months, but it could be a year.... We have been together for awhile. We are apropritae ages( in our 20's)...well recently he has stated that he thinks it is best to stop having sexual relations with eachother until we marry. We have been having sex for awhile now...3 months after we got together...( I know it was ahuge mistake I had...I lost my virginity with him because I put so much trust that he would not do me wrong). Well he has not cheated on me or is not seeing anyone else. I noticed his changing towards me sexually around Xmas time. We started to have sexual relations less, or he would want to have sex when he wanted to. i have talked to him about this, and we both stated our feelings. He believes that since we have had sex we have began to have alot of problems( I agree alitlle) but the point is when I wanted to stop having sex, he didnt change..now he says he has changed for the better( stronger in his faith) and he wants to do whats right. I think he isnt attracted to me anymore and he wants to go slower.

I have a friend who was friends with a man who's married. Next thing you know, they became sexually intimate. The guy's wife found out about it and he broke it off with my friend without a word (he did send her one email saying he promised not to ever talk to her again).

However, my friend still cares about him and did not want to wreck his home. She just wanted to be friends with him without it getting this deep and causing problems.

Since the guy won't talk to her anymore, she's trying to find closure and regain the self-confidence and personal power she once had so that she can move on with her life and make better decisions, including being careful who she chooses as friends. She's taking steps such as devoting herself more to her job, strengthening her spiritual life, and going back to college to get her degree.

What other suggestions do you have for her to move on with her life,regaing her personal power and get past this nightmare? Thanks so much.

Ok me and my girlfriend have been dating for 8 months now and next week she is going on vacation to cuba. I trust her and all so i havent cared much about worrying about her cheating on me while shes there. That was until yesterday when I found out that she is going with another guy on the trip.
