I've got a friend who's father wants to legally disown him. Is it possilble? The thing is that he is 27 but still in school. He has suffered physical abuse from his dad but not reported it to the authorities.

She's an grownup at 22, so that you at the instantaneous are not any further legally responsible for her - it isn't had to divorce her. The age of majority is eighteen in the united kingdom. in case you want to disinherit her then this can be a separate issue, you want to make a will which states that you reject any declare she would make on your sources after your demise. Emotionally that is troublesome for you all, yet legally very immediately ahead.

Its customary to do that by advertising in
Chinese Newspapers. But they are no allowed to print that anymore. I am not sure doing that in youtube counts.
