first loves? was looking at old photo,s today and found some photos of my first serious boyfriend and me at the beach.we were 17 and lasted a year and half.im 38 now but looking at the picture brought back some great memories and made me wonder what he,s doing now.is it true you never forget first loves?

In a good way ; obviously we had issues (otherwise we'd be together!) but he was a good guy and cared for me. He got me through some really tough times. In my own way, I'll always love him and doubt I'll ever forget him. However, I would never go back, but I'll always be glad that he was the first man to catch my heart.

Both ways a first boyfriend married one of my best friends ages after we spilt up and therefore I still have contact but honestly although he has some really good points don't really know what I saw in him. I also have a photo on a beach with someone and we had written contact for a good few years, even when I was engaged. No love, longing feelings as I am still happily married but I often would love to trace him and see how his life has worked out. Last I heard he moved to Australia. The stupid bit is I don't even remember his second name !!!

My first serious boyfriend was 6 weeks long and my second was 12 years so I have not ever had an in between
I have fond memories of both

You never forget your first love as I think that's the only time where you give yourself completely as you have no idea about heart break... When I think about my first love I remember him in a positive light but I also remember the not so good things as well..

Yes, it's true you never forget. I found pictures of my first love not too long ago and still got those butterflies in my stomach that only HE could give. Those are fond memories.

I always think of my first love and always will. He treated me like a Princess, like I was the most important thing in the world, but you can never get it back. I wish I was back at that place now.

Depends how it ends. He dumped me because he fancied another girl and so I've always looked back upon it as a humiliating time. Mind you, we were only 15....

Nope you never forget them. Even though he wasn't at all that pleasant, I still think about him, dammit! I know what he's doing, he lives down the road from me.
