My ex-husband and I have two kids together. His fiancee and I have had a lot of trouble between us. She seems to want to be my friend though I can't get passed the whole I'm the ex she's the new thing. She will be my children's step-mother within 6 months. I want to give her a fair chance and make certain my dislike of her isn't just the whole you're the new thing. If I were to die, she'd be the only mother figure in their lives. I want to make certain that I can trust her, especially since they are in her care 1/2 time. Would you take her to lunch and have a chat with her to either get to know her better or lay some ground rules about the kids? What if you found you liked her and could see the two of you being friends? What would you do then?

been with him almost 6 years, have never been unfaithful to him, never go out socialising without him, i dont even work i look after our 2yr old child and yet he treats me like one of his kids, in fact i feel like one of his kids i feel permanantly grounded, he checks every site i visit on my pc every day, checks the time i log in and out. i wanted to join a slimming class last week but he said he would be there too. the only place i go is to my mums and he moans i stay there too long! its really getting me down now. however he goes away fishing, has golf days out, had a full week way with his other kids and his EX! last summer, in the past he has even stayed at her house over night if we have argued and not just one night once he stayed at hers for nearly 2 months but all the time he slept there he made sure i never left the house! i find his behaviour to be very selfish and unfounded! he now accuses me of being addicted to pc yet he spends hours on ps2 and xbox360

So basically I am in a situation where I was sexually assaulted by my boyfriend (I am in Junior High he was a freshman) and I was out of school for 4 months because my "friends" were there and betrayed me. I was cutting and hurting myself.
I used to be the center of attention.
Now I am back in school, I have some really great friends but I have to go to court with this kid.
i am really scared.
he apologized to me and I really liked him.
I am tired of this all. But I am underage and so I don't know what to do.
I don't want to be enemies with anyone and now I feel like its not a good idea to follow through with charging him!
I often get upset because he ruined my reputation and I was @ one point with no friends except for my true ones.
I really just don't know how to regain my population, get on with life, (should I try to be friends with the guy? i am not allowed to talk to him BUT I REALLY WANT TO!!!!) and where should i go from here?!

I was asking a serious question, and someone that answered was very rude. It made me sick to my stomach. I really truely care about my kids and love them more than any thing in the world. Yeas I have asked some weird questions in the past, but what mother hasn't had a 16 year old daughter drive her crazy! And it's not fault my brother thinks he is in love with my step daughter.Give me a break will you!

Long story but I will sum it up I have two girls (11,8) with this guy. We have not been together for six years, but he sees them when convenient for him. He introduces my girls to whatever girl he is dating at the time. I have said something to him previously and just this weekend had to say something again. He brings these females into their lives then they leave and the girls are left wondering what happened because they do not see them anymore. I asked him how many women does he plan on bringing around my girls and he says I am jealous ( I am not) and I am lonely and making an a$$ of myself. But I really do not care what he says. He normally calls the girls once a week except when he starts dating the women then he calls more often and wants to see them more often, after a month he goes back to calling them once a month. So my question is is it wrong for me to tell him that he is wrong for doing this to them?

My mom does not trust me at all. She doesnt let me go out with ne one but the girl next door. I have to sneak out. How can i sneak out with out getting into trouble?? Iam 24 years old and been on and off prosac and seroxat since i was 17 years old. Iam now not taking any tablets and trying to help myself and iam happy for it but.. As i was little my dad left me when i was two, don't remember him but my mum has told me the bad things he use to do to me and her. I dont want to meet him but i would like him to answer just some of my questions. My mum was only 19 when she had me and there where hard times and my nan + grandad use to take me on holiday and i stayed there at weekends. My mum use to hit me and be really nasty to me if i did things. She then met this man who liked his ale and they had the most horrible fights and i use to be in the middle if i said anything wrong my mum would turn on me and i got a beaten. When my little sis came along she too got the beatens she had a broken leg and she was only 1 years old. Theres things i would want to forget and i cant. Ive asked for councelling but how will i feel towards my mum as i do blame her?

I love my boyfriend so much. He is the sweetest person ever and my mom doesnt like him because he is 20. I am 16 and it is legal in south carolina. My mom told him its ok to see my at church but I can go anywhere else with him. i love him so so so much, we even have eachothers name tattooed on oursleves. He said he couldnt take losing me and I know I couldnt take losing him. My mama tries to break us up by always telling me she see's him with anotha gurl all the time but I knos she is lying because the lady she is talking about is married with two kids and goes to my church and when she says he is with her little does she know i am with him. My mothers step-daughter is 14 years old and is constantly breaking any and all rules that are established...There have been rules such as taking off her door and taking away "some" technology...the kid has done everything from tried to kill my mother by being consistantly stupid such as putting a plastic container on a lit stove top! It needs to be stopped and now the girl has gone to far...now she is trying to break my mother and her new husband up who have been together for more than 5 years so please help by giving me some very good and harsh punishments that will really get to her head and make her believe that they arent messing around anymore!!!!!!!

Theres this guy at school that i like and today at school his BEST friend came up to me and asked if we could talk in private, and then when we were alone( i know him pretty well and were friends, and we talk alot so i didnt think anything of it) i ask him "wats up" and he comes up to me AND KISSES ME! and then he tells me he loves me (interesting day right?) and i was kind of in major shock at that point (considering that was my first kiss and all..)so he then asks me if i'll be his girlfriend, and like i said i was kind of standing there like an idiot and the only thing i could think of to say was "can i think it over?" and he says i think somthing like "take your time" and then (heres another shocker) i turn around and THERE IN THE DOORWAY IS THE GUY I HAVE A CRUSH ON!(about at that time i felt like i was about to keel over) and i was completly embarrased, wouldnt you be? so i slipped by him and he kind of stared at me when i walked by... and i still feel light headed from it all..
